The First Heir

The First Heir

Among the three remaining gods, Hephaestus smiled lightly and said, “I’m okay with anything. Helping others is my hobby.” Fennel looked at Hephaestus, smiled lightly, and said, “You’re still the same. Under the mask of hypocrisy lies a heart that no one can see through.” Hephaestus smiled and said, “Apollo, you mustn’t say that about me. We’re allies.” Fennel shrugged, and his eyes fell on the remaining two gods with modified images on the screens. He asked, “What about you two?” After a moment of silence, the two gods said, “Okay, our terms are…”

The Alpha's Replacement Bride

At the same time, a golden gem in the wooden box with a broken lock shone brightly illuminating the room—as if offering itself in a time of peril. The Philosopher's Stone. Into His Darkness

Into His Darkness

It was originally a wedding gift from Hephaestus, the blacksmith god, to the goddess Harmonia for her wedding to the King of Thebes, Cadmus. Hephaestus had caught his wife Aphrodite having an affair with Ares, god of war. Hephaestus claimed that any child produced from this union would be cursed. Harmonia was the daughter of Aphrodite and Ares, and on her wedding day, he gave her the necklace he had crafted and cursed to bring misfortune to anyone who possessed it. Although cursed, the necklace was also said to bring eternal youth and beauty. It was highly coveted by women of the House of Thebes. According to myth, the necklace had the shape of two serpents using their mouths to form a clasp

Hello lovely people! sorry for leaving you all hanging in middle of nowhere. I seriously didn't get time in past month to update for which I am really sorry. I will try to complete the story in this book only. Please be patient with me as I am recently acquainted to college life.

I'm guessing that English isn't your first language. Maybe it would be best to hire an editor? Some of the grammar mistakes make for a confusing read. I have had to re-read quite a few lines and guess the meaning with context clues. I'm intrigued with the story so keep it coming!

Darkrise: Dawn of Darkness

Darkrise: Dawn of Darkness

I asked as I took a sip of tea to relax my nerves from all this. Erika took her seat, crossed her legs, and continued the story, "Zeus was enraged not only by the escape of the daemons, but also because of Prometheus' theft; therefore, he decided to punish all mortals roaming the earth. He ordered Hephaestus to create a woman from clay that would drive men to madness; the first mortal woman: Pandora. She was presented to mankind and mankind was stupid enough to fall for her charms. It didn't take long, she was married to Prometheus' brother, Epimetheus. On their wedding, Zeus gave Pandora the vase and she was a fool for breaking it, opening a portal to Tartarus and spreading all evil and dar

CHAOS- Book 1 of the KHAOS CHRONICLES

Little by little, with the help of her wolf, she progressed and now that her mate had fucked up, they feared secretly for what might happen to her or what might become of her. Lucas was brought out of his thoughts by Chaos hard tone as she gave an answer to Lucien’s question. “That was why I came here Luce. I’m still thinking about it but in the meantime, I wanted to ask mum to call dad’s friend Hephaestus, the god of dwellings, furnishing, weapons and fire… there are some things I have in mind that I wanted to discuss with him...” And then Chaos launched into details of the things she plans to carry out.

Abnormals: Rise of Kronos

Abnormals: Rise of Kronos

“ I remember when her newborn son was stolen in the middle of the night. Hera’s fury was fierce; many settlements were burnt down in her anger.” “ Too bad that was all a sham to hide the truth!” Akki exclaimed. “ Queen Hera’s firstborn son was named Hephaestus. And he was a Half-Breed!” Kronos raised an eyebrow. “ How could that be possible? King Zeus is a Pure-Blood.” “ Oh, those two have never been faithful to each other. They both have had many bastards; of course, they kill them once they’re born.” “ Uh-huh. And how do you know this?” Kronos asked, unconvinced. “ Why would Hera keep you alive if this was the truth?”

Luna of the Menae

Luna of the Menae

How do I explain Hephaestus to you? Well, I’ll say this much: the man is a damn genius. He’s always inventing something. One time he told me he has inventions in mind, but he needs to create other inventions first in order for those ideas to work. Who thinks like that?

This story was “ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL”!! I love love loved it!! So well written & very descriptive!! The characters had such depth! My favourite characters were Bronx and Kas(Iokaste), of course!! They went through “SO” much, but made it through!!

Love this book and this author. She has found a way to write two books that seem like completely different stories but then happen to intertwine at an unexpected point. Ever chapter she posts leaves me wanting more. I can’t wait to continue reading this series!

The Untitled Love Story

The Untitled Love Story

He explained. I recalled Charlie once telling me about how Hestia had given up her Olympian seat for her other nephew, Dionysus. She sounded like a really nice goddess who valued family over all else. Bet nephew, Hephaestus, was the one who had been thrown out of Olympus after his mother deemed him too ugly to keep. That is a really cruel and cold-hearted thing to do to a baby. My thoughts came to a halt when I realised Bama was smiling at him, his smile becoming almost as creepy as Mr X's.

The Queen's Heir

The Queen's Heir

"But working with these mortal teachers has shown me that they have their own wisdom, their own ways of creating beauty that we can learn from. One of them taught me a song that's been passed down through twenty generations of his family—each generation adding their own verses, making it richer and more beautiful with time." The doors to the dining hall opened again, and Hephaestus entered with the help of his walking staff, his face flushed from working in his workshop. Despite his lameness, he moved with purpose and strength, and his hands—though scarred from years of working with fire and metal—were steady as he placed a wooden box on the table before them. "I made these for the students,

The Alpha Prince's Abused Mate

The Alpha Prince's Abused Mate

My whole body trembled as I scooped her up in my arms not knowing what to say or do. My only mate whom I have waited for decades and prayed for the moon goddess to give me is in the worst kind of situation I’ve ever witnessed. Surely, death is the easiest punishment for all of them! Slowly, I turned around to the pale Hephaestus, my eyes burning with anger. “Who on the fuckin earth did this?! Tell me now!”
