Ruining Draco
The heat of his touch was searing, shocking through the thin silk of my dress.
"Enough," Draco growled. The sound was deep, vibrating against my back as he effortlessly hoisted me over his shoulder as if I weighed nothing more than a feather. The world tilted violently... the room, the brothers, the opulent lighting all spinning into a blur.
"Draco!" Daemon laughed, though there was a frantic edge of surprise in his tone. "Don't be such a miserable bastard. She was just getting to the fun part."
"I am finished with the pleasantries," Draco bit out, his voice a low, terrifying rasp that sent a jolt of genuine fear... and something far more complicated, straight to my core.
