He chuckled, arms spread in mock triumph. "I am not dead. I'm very much alive." He pulled Cassandra to his body in a way that showed possessiveness.

The spectators didn't like Junior's first chance to hit because they knew Killer would murder Junior inside the first hour. The audience shouted, "Killer, kill him now, killer kill him now," while clapping their hands. Junior was enraged that the audience was solely cheering for Killer.
