The witches granted him abilities beyond those of any mortal man, and I knew I would have to be careful if I was to survive this encounter.
He threw potions and spells at me, but I dodged each one with ease. My training to master the elements paid off and I felt confident in my abilities.
“You cannot defeat me, Wendell,” I said, my voice echoing across the battlefield. “Your reign of terror ends now.”
Wendell sneered at me, his eyes full of mischief. “Do you think you can stop me, little wolf? I have power beyond your wildest dreams. I’m unstoppable.”
But I refused to be intimidated. I sent a blast of air towards him and he stumbled, almost falling to the ground. The earth shook beneath him
