Novel & Cerita Hunger Games First Chapter

Chapter One Hundred And Eight Zara’s POV I wake up to the sound of my rumbling stomach, a sensation that has become all too familiar in the past few weeks. It's not just hunger; it's a deep, gnawing craving that seems to consume my every thought. The cravings started innocently enough, with a sudden desire for pickles and ice cream, but they've since taken on a life of their own.

She stared at the baby. ...she won't be his first love anymore. Lyra frowned. Then what will she be? The Mother whispered, His first enemy. Aiden suddenly screamed. A black crown appeared above his head. The universe began collapsing around them. And from inside Aiden's tiny body came a woman's voice. Finally... The First Heart laughed. I have a body. Nadazhda's eyes dropped close with the intensity of the pain in her head, her consciousness slipping in and out before settled on the dark world, not after hearing an angry growl. How was the chapter? Please do comment and share. Thank you for reading ♥

Mia Heather’s POV The heavy scent of exhaust pipes and leather hit my nostrils as i got up from the hatch that was provided for me to sleep in. I rubbed my eyes, getting myself to be fully awake and watching the solid flakes fall off from my eyes. I cried myself to sleep and the migraines i woke up with was thunderous. “She is awake.” I heard a little whisper form the side and i looked to the side to see little children around a burning fire. “Do you think she is hungry?”

Mamma asked me to have food, but i was full, so i didn't have food. I will discuss about the details of the job with them later, I'm kinda tired now. I laid down on the bed. It's so relaxing now. It was a good day, from tomorrow there'll be a new start to me, as I've got a job now. Just thinking about it makes me go crazy. I closed my eyes, still thinking about how my work place will be, I don't know when sleep engulfed me. Hello my dear lovelies, So here's the first chapter of my new book. You got the introduction of Saanvi, her parents, Meera and a strange creepy guy.

She fanned her burning mouth. "Slow down will you?" His face cringed. "But I'm so hungry!" She tried to speak with the noodles in her mouth. "Tch, hot! Water!" She took the glass beside her. He shook his head as he clicked his tongue finding her hopeless. "I was so shocked by the fact that I'm inside my own novel, I forgot that I haven't had anything since the day I came into this world." She wiped the bowl clean and rubbed her tummy satisfied. "I was so hungry that I didn't even have a chance to complain about this food-" She smiled nodding.

She stood up quickly and walked over to the small kitchen counter, her throat feeling like absolute sandpaper. She grabbed a large glass pitcher of water from the small refrigerator and poured it down her throat, practically drinking the entire contents in a desperate bid to quench her burning thirst. She had arrived at her apartment late in the afternoon, utterly exhausted from her brutal training session with Nimrod, and fatigue had claimed her the moment her head hit the pillow.

Chapter 2: The Feast of Blood The first thing Karina noticed when she awoke was the silence. It was a strange kind of quiet—an unsettling stillness that hummed in the air, thick like the pause before a storm. She blinked, her vision swimming as she tried to adjust to the dim lighting. Her head felt heavy, and her limbs—too heavy. Her body was stiff, the soreness creeping in from every angle. She was no longer in *The Velvet Throne*.

Glassy, fever-bright, but hers. “I told you,” she whispered, and there was something in her voice that wasn’t her voice. A second note beneath the first, colder than winter, older than gods. My stomach turned to iron. “Tell me what’s in you.” Her throat worked, and when she spoke, the cavern seemed to listen. “The First Hunger.” The words were smoke and ash and starlight, and they hung between us like a blade. I wanted to deny it. Wanted to believe it was impossible. But I’d seen the way the void vanished, the way the tether snapped when she pulled it in. She hadn’t closed the rift. She’d devoured it.

She closed her eyes, the cold seeping deeper, the hunger a constant companion. Then her ears caught a sound first, like a distant promise—slow, deliberate footsteps echoing down the damp corridor. Her heart stuttered. She thought it was Odessa again, bringing the daily torment disguised as food. Today, her pride was gone and it didn’t matter. If the Beta spat in the porridge, poured dirt into it, or kicked it across the floor, Scarlett would still eat. She would crawl through the bars and lick the stone clean if that was what it took.
