Hunger is a monster. It sinks its claws into my gut, gnawing, tearing, devouring me from the inside out. My body is shutting down, drained of strength, stripped of any ounce of power I once had. She was enduring a fight between the need for food and her dignity within her.

*Third POV* Signing in response turning around going inside the house walking over to the kitchen as Zen opens the cabinet. Just to see it filled with the cup noodles and other fast food which only made the guy sign in response. ‘Really if I knew I was signing in for something like this I would have never signed over that paper. This generation is just crazy as fuck the one moment they are okay the next moment ugh, whatever' Zen signs in response. "Sign it, or I'll make sure your defiance costs you more than just pain," she hissed, her threat echoing in the air, and I knew very well what she was capable of having witnessed firsthand.
