Novel & Cerita Hunting Game Manga

"Looks like negotiation time is over." Everything happened at once. Kade's forces opened fire on the hunters. The hunters, unnaturally fast, closed the distance with terrifying speed. Hail shoved me behind him and loosed a bolt from his crossbow, catching the nearest hunter in the shoulder, a shot that should have been lethal but merely made the creature stumble. Lena fired precise shots from her position, each bullet finding its mark but doing minimal damage. The hunters didn't bleed like normal humans; instead, a thick, black substance oozed from their wounds.

I gripped onto my game, the dead fattened squirrels staring at me with their wide eyes like they were mocking me for the difficulty I was going through as payback for killing them. I took in a deep breath and leaned against the railing, my hunting gun fell to the ground clanging against the step edges as I released it to clutch to my chest hoping to gain some composure. The urge to lay on the staircase and lull myself into sleep due to my weakness fought with the urge to run off to Akanther and show him my very first game and enjoy the proud look on his face when he praised me.

Mika smacked them both at the same time, “First to fill their beast and return with meat.” I ran my tongue over my upper lips, this was indeed different, while it was now a tradition for us to hunt, chipping in the games and bets was only to make things fun. “What's the catch?” I asked, She smirked, “Looser gets to scout scarleria,” mischief flashed through her eyes. “Brutal” Jax mummered. “Woah” Stanley exhaled, Their faces lit up with competition, this was a challenge they craved,

The veins of his neck stood out as he did so. Glancing back to Adrian, Monet raised his gun for the second time. Ready to shoot again. My heart lurched in my chest, eyes widened in horror. "No! Don't!" But my desperate shout went ignored as his finger curled around the trigger. "No!" As he was about to pull the trigger, a hand wrapped around his wrist before it pushed Monet's hand upwards. The deafening sound of the gunshot echoed across the ambience again. But this time, the bullet missed Adrian with a narrow point.

“But there are levels to this game, Henrique.” I took a step forward. “Return the shipment you hijacked. Or be ready to be torn alive.” Henrique spat on the ground near my boot. He laughed, taunting me. “Go on. I dare you. Do your worst.” I tilted my head. “As you wish.” I didn’t even have to signal. The clearing erupted into a total disorder. Bodies collided; the sound of fists hitting the enemy’s flesh; the snarls of wolves filling the air.

Damned! A sudden burst of anger made me slam my hand on the table. The loud noise made Serena even more scared. Her body trembled. I yelled, "Get out!" "Yes... yes..." Serena immediately rushed out and closed the door. Maybe Ryan also knew I was mad, so he didn't dare to moan. I opened the file cabinet, searching for the file about the hunters. Humans and werewolves are constantly quietly gathering information from each other. To obtain useful information, each side has to pay a hefty price.

Then clash, clash, clash. My heart raced, what could be going on?. I questioned myself. Then I felt pain in my abdomen, I stumbled and sat on the bed. I feel strange that I was starting to hear things, though I stood up deciding to make sure there was nothing going on. I opened the door and looked out, sure there were voices down the second floor. "Let him go, hunter boy." Madame Maggie's voice rang into my head and then it clicked, "Hunter boy." I ran as fast as I could to the second floor and towards the few people peeping into the room. I stepped towards the door and I froze at the horrible sight before me.

The police had to get involved, there were two police cars out the front of the diner. Ducking under the police tape, Damien stepped into his diner, he was feared by everyone, humans, wolves and vampires alike, he was known as the Blood Alpha and that was not just because Blood is his surname. Her sent hit him sending him into a short sense of euphoria, he had finally found her his mate after, eighteen years of searching he had finally found her.

“Score!” I throw my hands in the air for winning one more point in the ping-pong video game. Hunter is beside me, laughing with disgust that this is his second consecutive game that he’s lost to me. “I have to admit you're good,” he says, looking at me crestfallen, holding his wireless controller up.

"Even Jovanic took some time to notice. I guess being a Hunter makes him quite used to finding trails." After about a minute of waiting, Matthew reached Hinata's location. Matthew called out from under the branch she was standing on. "I found you!" "Good work! Let's play again! You're still it!" Hinata replied in the same manner. "Hey, that's not fair!" "I will always be hiding until I say we're done!" "Huh, okay! I'll count to ten then!" "Why?" "I'm giving you a chance to hide better this time!" Matthew's reply irritated Hinata. "This kid… Don't joke with me! I don't need you to count! Try to find me!”
