The Hybrid's Risk: Book 1 of The Hybrid's Series

The Hybrid's Risk: Book 1 of The Hybrid's Series

“That right there was an accidental pregnancy.” “That’s what happens when you fuck someone you never imprinted on.” Aunt Nancy said. “Wait, imprint?” Triniti asked. “It’s a feeling you get when you get close to someone you have feelings for.” Nancy stated. “It’s like your heart rate rapidly increases.” “Oh.” Triniti said and looked down at her feet. I placed my hand on her shoulder and kneeled in front of her. “You don’t have to worry.” I whispered to her. “ I had already imprinted on you.”

A Shade of Violet

A Shade of Violet

I eye it suspiciously before opening it. Violet, I am the type of person to hide things. I am quiet and I am not the kind to show emotions. I hope you find this room to your liking and decorate it to your hearts content. I hope we can at least be cordial with one another as I have not feelings for you at this time. Your truly, Anthony

THE HYBRID QUEEN AWAKENING

THE HYBRID QUEEN AWAKENING

And Zara’s scent suddenly grew much stronger. The scent was so strong that I stopped walking completely. She was close. I followed the trail through another stretch of dark forest until the trees finally opened ahead of me. Then I froze. Massive glowing runes towered across ancient black stone hidden between enormous trees while floating lanterns drifted silently through the darkness beyond them. The air pulsed with power. Real power. I stared ahead slowly while disbelief settled heavily into my chest. Kesh Ina. Unbelievable.

Silas

Silas

Chapter 15 – Silas The night air felt thick around me, every breath a reminder of the tension between Hyacinth and me, thick enough to choke on. I could still feel the heat of her skin against mine, the taste of her lingering on my lips like a drug I couldn’t quit. And yet, all I wanted was to distance myself from it, from her. But it was too late for that now.

The Hidden Realm

The Hidden Realm

But suddenly, he felt an invisible force telling him to open the book again. Eleand scanned the pages for the second time. He identified a drawing of a moon waxing crescent on a random page and gently touched it along with the inscriptions. What the heck is this? To his great astonishment, the ancient inscriptions moved! He almost dropped the book as he flinched. It caught him in awe when he tried to look at its page because the inscription changed to a modern roman alphabet easier for him to read. Chambre…Siego…Niptoumi… Eleand continued reading. Until the words from his mouth progressed, he could not simply stop. His vision went obscured. Everything went dark.

The Academy of The Ascendant - Book 1 Marked by Starlight

But the second I did, it breathed. The book didn’t open. It unfolded. The cover split open in silence, pages spilling like silk, the air humming as the magic within adjusted to me. Not the other way around. I froze. There was no resistance. No permission asked. Just acceptance. Like the book had been waiting. The ink inside shifted before my eyes, words scrawling themselves across the first page in ink that shimmered between black and violet: To the One Who Was Hidden. To the One the Stars Remember.

The Lycan Prince’s Secret Obsession

The Lycan Prince’s Secret Obsession

Chapter 55: Take a deep breath The bath chamber smelled of roses, steam, and something faintly metallic. The kind of metallic tang only a Lycan could detect. Delia sat inside the marble tub, her lithe body submerged beneath water shimmering with petals and oils. Two maids knelt on either side of the tub, sponging down her arms and back while whispering gossip that died whenever Delia’s sharp golden eyes flicked their way. The water clung to her, rippling each time she shifted, her skin gleaming like polished ivory under the lantern glow. She tilted her head back, allowing one maid to pour warm water over her hair, cascading down her neck in silky strands.

His Symphony (Book Three Of The Kings Series)

Anna Michelle The autumn breeze had started to fill her room from the open balcony. Summer has officially ended. Mish had always welcomed the fresh air. The colder the better. Standing on the rail, her balcony overlooking the dense forest behind the Lycan mansion, Mish closed her sleepy eyes and breathe in --exhaling slowly, savoring the moment. Even for a short time, giving her peace.

You got to love a man that never falters! This book pushes the limits of the mate bond which makes it original and unexpected all the way through. There are some darker themes than most books in the series, but the book is great and sets the table for wanting to know more.
