Amelia told Arthur. She would have not bothered to say anything to Arthur if he hadn’t made her promise that she would inform him immediately of anything that went down. Adrian wanted to also approach Adelia but the warning look she shot at him made him stay rooted to the place he was standing. Lance who had gone to use the restroom reentered the room and he paused upon seeing that Arthur and Adrian had gotten back. “Where were you when the whole incident happened?” Adrian asked him. “I received a mind-link that the warriors at the border saw hydras walking around,” Lance answered. “But as I was on my way, I received another mind-link that it was just a mistake.”

I tried to fight him off but he was too strong for me. “Leave her alone!” Both of us paused to see who had spoken. The voice sounded familiar but I needed to be sure that it was who I thought it was. Hycinth stood on top of the hill in his wolf form, glaring at Yuri like an old enemy. “Why don’t you pick on someone your own size?” He asked my attacker. “Like you?” Yuri replied. “Be my guest.” The two wolves went after each other like rivals and met at the slope of the hill.
