I Am A Stick Novels & Stories

She doesn't notice. I panic and do the only thing I could think of. I grab a thick stick, the first thing my hands and eyes land on un the moment; and rush towards her. "Duck!" I yell, lifting the stick up. Her eyes widen in confusion, but the moment I swing the stick, she does as she's told. She ducks, and before the goon can comprehend what just happened, the stick makes contact with his head. Sending him reeling, and falling to the ground immediately. Silence, and my heart drops. The stick tumbles out of my hands before I know it. Mira stares at the body, and rushes to me when she sees the panic in my eyes.

CRACK! The sound echoed in the room as I used the stick to hit her head. She dropped to the floor immediately, unconscious. I hit her head with it again, for extra effect. Or maybe because I hated her. she was a bitch. I should hit her over and over till she died but that wasn’t in my place now.

Instead of feeding into it, I kneel in front of him, gripping my stick before holding it out to him, grip-first. His eyes widen instantly. “What?” “You did good,” I say, watching as he stares at me in disbelief. “That play earlier? When you took the ball from me? Not many people manage that.” I nod toward the stick in my hand. “So you deserve this.” His mouth drops open, eyes flicking between me and the stick like I just told him I was handing over a million-dollar contract. “You’re giving me your stick?” His voice cracks on the last word.

I had no wolf to help fight. I looked around the opening for something to use in defense and I finally saw a large stick over three inches thick in diameter. I willed my body to move and finally my feet began to move and I snatched the stick up with my foot I kicked the end breaking it off to a point and ran towards the two huge beings fighting.

Why is he so annoying? "Fine I'll take the test', I say taking the stick from his hand. I feel sick just touching it. And the idea of peeing in a stick has me really uncomfortable and I wonder how people enjoy this shit. Why not a cup where people can shit in? I'd put a baby's poo there and it would be negative. But no. These days, people have coconuts for brains. Sia included. I want to flush the stick down the toilet, but Sia would only get me another. I drop it on the floor and wash my hands, before coming out to meet him.

"Something like a crowbar. Something like a crowbar." I spot a stick nearby and run to it. I grab it and bring it back to the sewer cover. "There's no way that's going to work," Bailey says. "Not helping," I say, jamming the stick through the small hole. I then throw my weight onto it, hoping I could pry the cover off. Instead, the stick breaks and I fall to the ground. I cry out as I slam my fist onto the ground. I push myself up and throw the stick to the side. Another howl.

I dropped the stick. My knees nearly gave out. "This can’t be happening…" I whispered. "No. No, no…" But there it was. Clear as day. I was pregnant.

Love Draco I feel my body warm at his tone of possession in the letter. I am glad to be his. I will start to wear the sticks at once. In the bathing room I stand in front of the mirror. I take one of the sticks and use it to part my hair down the middle. I begin to wrap my hair around one end of the stick and when I get close to the top I stick the other end into the hair that has pulled tight of my scalp. I take the other stick and make the next side match as closely as I can to the first.

She let out a mocking laugh. I bit my lower lip, clenching my hands slowly by my sides. She was never my friend. I was stupid to believe she ever was. I let out a loud scoff. “I get it now,” I said and looked up at her. “You are an insecure little bitch,” I cussed, shocking all of them. Reagan snorted, surprised to hear me speak back. “And P.S., Jace is a person, not yours to own or have,” I retorted.

I set the five-gallon jug down, grip the hockey stick like a weapon, and swing with everything my wolf has. CRACK! The stick vibrates in my grip, the shock singing through my elbows. The reinforced glass didn't even spider-web. "Dammit," I hiss, shaking out my numbing fingers. "Cain! What the hell are you doing?" It’s Sienna—my only real friend in this pit—running down the stairs in a silk slip and designer heels.
