"David and this beast were about to kill Jace and Rhea. I couldn't move, just screaming, and then this figure burst in and saved them. Stupid, I know?" His eyes widened, intrigued. More quiet than usual.” I huffed out a breath that wasn’t quite a laugh. “Just thinking.” “That’s dangerous,” he teased lightly, then looked closer when I didn’t answer. “Hey. What’s wrong?” I hesitated, debating whether or not to tell him everything. “I had a dream when I woke up here.” “Nightmare?” “Sort of.” I looked up at the stars, trying to ignore how my pulse still raced from earlier. “It was about Dario. I wished she would understand this sudden strange feeling, especially after experiencing that disturbing dream last night. "I had a strange dream last night. In that dream, I met Serena and also Eric," I said candidly, starting to recount the dream I had experienced to Mariana. Mariana looked at me intently, waiting for me to continue.
