A single tear streamed down my cheek and I was quick to wipe it off. "A-And now, now she won't even talk to me." He sniffed, his voice shaky. "She won't even fucking talk to me. She doesn't even care about me anymore nor does she want anything to do with me. And it's k-killing me. It's f-fucking killing me. I miss her, you know? I miss talking to her, I miss listening to her, I miss looking at her, I could look at her for hours and not get tired as creepy as that sounds. Everything about her j-just makes me fucking happy."

“But that man… he’s been gone for a long time now.” My mother’s smile faltered, her eyes shimmering with unshed tears. “Yes, I know,” she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. “But even so… there are moments when I miss him.” Feeling a lump form in my throat, I pulled her into a tight embrace, holding her close as we stood together on the balcony. “It’s okay to miss him,” I whispered, my voice filled with understanding. “But we can’t let his memory overshadow our happiness. We have each other now, and that’s what matters.”

I offered a tense smile. "Just six months." It was easy for her to say. She didn't know how much depended I was on her. How much I would miss her voice in the morning, her habit of stealing the tv remote from my hands, her craziness for ice-cream and chocolate. I would miss seeing her in person. She wouldn't be in my apartment, trying to cook, and in the end, burning. She wouldn't help me with the tie anymore. She wouldn't message me that have a nice day at your internship.

She exclaims and I just nod. "Yeah, not actually a coincidence, because it's in three days time actually, so....." I trail off as she speaks, "Oh well, I'll miss you though." "I'll miss you too." But fuck, deep down, I miss her. I miss the way she looks at me when I embrace her in my arms. I miss the way we fight side by side, training until our muscles burn, only to end up tangled in each other’s arms afterward. I miss her kisses, the way she whispers my name when no one else is around or when we fuck like dogs in heat. And now, she’s gone. She’s with another. A cold morning breeze sweeps through my face as I walk out of the packhouse, rustling my dark hair.

I added shaking my head. “It is not a wrong thing to miss her. I miss her too and will miss her forever. However, she would kill both of us if we made sure we are sad and are trying to get stuck in a moment.” I heard her voice making me slowly control the tears. “I do not know how you are feeling at this moment and maybe no one will ever know. It is not an easy thing to get on with the life.” She mumbled and slowly moved a little to glance at my face.

I cut her off, “but I have missed you, Adele. I have missed talking to you and being friends with you. I am sorry I did a lot of terrible things but u genuinely miss you and I want us to remain friends” From the look on her face, I am certain she misses me too. She has that pout on her lips, the one she always has when she misses me. My heart swells in joy at the thought of that. “I am still mad at you” she tells me, rolling her eyes. “I know” “But I missed you” “I missed you too. Can we forget about what happened and remain friends?” I know I am jumping into the fire myself asking her to remain my friend but I can’t live without her and when we get to the bridge of her finding out about me

Missing everything about her so much. My heart aches for her. I long to be with her. I can’t stop thinking about her. How she laughs, and smiles. Her scolding. Her adorable face when she is angry or annoyed. Her voice, and the way her cheeks blush when I say something naughty or tease her. I miss her like crazy. I miss everything from her.

First it was my parents and Xavier left me without a word and now, Melanie is never going to come back for me. Whenever I think of her name, her beautiful joyous face comes right in front of my eyes. The way she called me friend for the first time and let me enter into her life and entered into my life, she made everything special to me. Since the day, I have met her and stayed with her, there was not even a single day of regrets in my life. And now, she is gone. She is just gone and is never coming back to me. I am going to miss her bad. She will always be in my heart and she is irreplaceable.

She says. “You will find someone else better than me. I have so much going on right now. I need to get my life back on track. That is why I am doing this.” I say. “I understand you, Brian. That is why I am letting you go. Just get your sh*t together. Ok?" She says. "I will do that. Take care of yourself.” I say. “Same to you, my friend. You will be greatly missed.” She says as she gives me a hug. I could feel that it was genuine.
