“Lena, tell me you have seen that before.” “Umm, no that is new too.” Lena said and I could tell she was a bit nervous now herself. A song then began to play in the air, and it was almost like the song I heard from the sea when it called to me. As I listened to the sound of the song, I began to feel a peace come over me as if it was a song that I had heard before many times.

It was a song that made me recall a different life, one that was free and unencumbered. The song was all too familiar; one that had been a part of my life for so long, though I'd been forced to forget.

After making sure that the living room and every other place is cleaned, I pushed the store room open and picked up a rake and a cutlass. I rushed out of the house and started clearing the nearby bushes around the house, while clearing the bushes I was busy singing my favourite line of the song that I heard on tik-tok the other day.
