Finding those is a bit like wandering through a digital bazaar where everything is a bit scattered, honestly. AO3 is obviously the big one; the tagging system means you can specifically filter for 'Impmon & Beelzemon' or 'Impmon/Beelzemon' pairings, which is invaluable. But the actual depth depends entirely on which 'Digimon Tamers' wave is writing at the moment. I've been checking back every few months for years, and sometimes a writer will drop a fantastic multi-chapter 'Impmon-centric redemption' arc, and then it's quiet again.

For sheer volume, you can't beat FFN, but the quality control isn't there. You have to wade through a lot of one-shot collections and crossover fics where he's a side character.
