* Damian slipped the phone back into his pocket and sat down in the chair beside the bed. He would wait, watch, and gather evidence. And when he had enough, he would strike. No mercy. No forgiveness. Just justice.

"It’s over. The old man in the wheelchair? He’s already given the police the recording. Your father’s partners are being arrested at this very moment. There is no one left to protect you." Damien’s hand shook. The glass pricked my skin, and I felt a tiny drop of blood trickle down my side. "They can't arrest me," Damien whispered, more to himself than to us. "I’m a Walton. I'm Reyes. I own this city." "You own nothing," I said, my voice cold and hard. "You are a thief and a murderer's son. And today, you are a loser." With a sudden, violent movement, I slammed my heel down onto Damien’s foot with all my weight. At the same time, I leaned forward and bit his arm as hard as I could.

"Lisa. I'll kill her myself. I'll shift and hunt her down, tear her apart piece by piece until there's nothing left but bones for the crows. She took everything from me—my trust, my home, my mate. I'll make her pay." Damian's expression darkened, but he didn't argue. Instead, he nodded slowly. "If that's what you need for justice, I'll stand by you. But not today. Today, you heal." He pulled me into another embrace, his arms a fortress around me. "Rest now. I've got you."

Only absolute control. Behind him walked Damian—collar locked around his neck, chain dangling, eyes downcast in perfect, trained submission. This Damian was shirtless, wearing only fitted black trousers, fresh marks from a recent session still visible on his chest and back. He moved with the fluid grace of someone who had been broken and remade into the perfect pet. The alternate Alex stopped, tilting his head with mild curiosity. “Well. This is unexpected.” The real Damian raised his pistol. The alternate Alex didn’t flinch.

I turned instead to Damian, lifting my chin despite the quiver in my heart. “What is it you want, Alpha Damian?” I asked, my voice steady though my palms were damp with unease. He tilted his head, amused. “Simple. I want justice for my men. Is that too much to ask? But your father...” His eyes flicked to Father, venom lacing his tone. “He isn’t the honest man I thought he was. Now he wants to cover for whoever butchered my warriors.” “Don’t you dare accuse my father of dishonesty,” I snapped before Father could stop me.

Damian Today I’m going to the shop. It’s been about a week since my uncle Skull left and everything has been calm. I’m keeping my guard up but I’m glad there hasn’t been any retaliation for me kicking him out. As I walk in the custom bike shop, one of the many businesses the club owns, I notice two of the mechanics arguing and it’s getting louder. One of them a prospect named Koda is going toe to toe with my seargant at arms Ax.

What are you doing? Damian: "Drinking water." He picked up the glass. And threw it in the leader's face. Everything happened in 2 seconds. Damian hit the second guy's wrist with the pen. Gun dropped. Hit the third with it. He fell. Screams. Chaos. --- *DAY 783: 11:21 AM - POLICE ENTRY* SWAT broke the door. Smoke. Screams. Ava heard everything on the phone. "Damian!!"

“You want to punish me for Gary? Fine. But don't pretend you built anything yourself. You were nothing before Gary took you in.” Something shifted in Damian's face immediately, a crack in the composure he'd been wearing like armor. For a second, I thought I'd actually gotten through to him. “At least I didn't kill the man who gave me everything,” Damian said, his voice low now, dangerous. “At least I'm not the one who murdered his own brother for money.” That was all it took.

Damien winced in pain, gazing as blood oozed out of the wound, but he didn't let go. "Why are you all watching him? He's injured!" Emberlynn yelled, but no one made a move to assist him. They all continued to watch. She wondered if they were leaving him to fight because he was the Alpha since he'd have a better chance to defeat the beast or if they just wanted to watch the show. Whichever it was, she didn't like it. When it seemed like an eternity passed, Damien delivered a crushing blow to the bear's neck, severing its spine and killing it instantly. She believed he had used his werewolf strength.

He clearly was trying so hard to hold back but he was failing at it miserably. "I just a trying to sit comfortably." "Don't give me that b.s, you are enjoying torturing me. Is that it?" "I don't know what you are talking about." Raven feigned fake innocence. Damien smirked, and his hand went to her thigh as her dress was short. He started to caress her up and down.
