"You're wondering why you're here, aren't you?" I meet his gaze, refusing to show any sign of weakness. "I have a few theories." He chuckles, the sound sending shivers down my spine. "I'm sure you do. You're a smart one, I'll give you that." I keep my expression impassive, refusing to give him the satisfaction of seeing my fear. "Why go through all this trouble? What do you want from me?"

Timothy tells him. The Commissioner's face went from anticipation to unsatisfied. He sighs. "Really? A Vampire? Amanda, is this true?" He asks me, not even looking at Timothy. "He swore to me that he saw a vampire at that night." I tell him. "Alright Timothy, I will try to go along with you. Even though I don't believe in vampires at all. Can you describe how the vampire looked?" He asks, feeling embarrassed. "I didn't really get a good look at the vampire. All I know is that the vampire is a guy and he is black." He explains.

The next morning, the vampire woke up and found himself locked up in a cell, surrounded by the werewolf pack behind me. I stepped forward and began the interrogation as planned. Our one-on-one conversation started when I asked the vampire who their leader was, what they were doing in the city, what their purpose was, and if he knew about the vampire students in school. The vampire, who was still groggy from being locked up, tried his best to avoid my questions. He was a cunning and manipulative creature and had been trained to withstand any interrogation attempts.

That lasted for about thirty minutes and then there was only silence. Eventually, I felt thirsty, so I swallowed my discomfort and went out into the corridor. When I reached the kitchen, I saw the tall vampire there. He was packing some jars filled with a red mass into a box. I looked away from it and said, “Hey.” “Hello,” he said, his brows pinching together. “Do you need anything?” “I just came for some water.” He appeared perplexed for some reason. I didn’t know why he was looking at me like that. He sealed the box and then said, “We’re supposed to be out today. I’m not sure what we’re supposed do with you.”

I could forgive his sexist comments but now he is being down right suggestive and gross. "I think we're done here," I say as I plaster a fake smile on my face, I stand up to shake his hand. "I'll be getting back to you," I add as I open the door to let him out. Once he is out of the room I make a throat cutting gesture to Mathew he promptly crosses him off the list. Nodding his head in agreement. The hours went by as I interviewed a big headed vampire who wouldn't stop staring at my neck which creeped me out to the greatest extent.
