Riding Into the Unseen

Riding Into the Unseen

Then I followed her lead, moving carefully, unsure at first but gradually finding a rhythm. Next was the bold one. She liked things rough. She handed me something like a whip and told me what she wanted. I hesitated, but she insisted, guiding me the whole time. Another woman preferred something else entirely. She led me closer to the water, showing me what she liked, always staying in control of how far things went. I could not help but feel confused. What kind of people were they? Why were their preferences so different, so intense? Trying to keep up with all of them took more effort than I expected.

Into The Light

Into The Light

“Hold it right there!” Shawn grabbed my wrist, twisting it with a force so brutal that it felt like he was going to break my bones. “Why did you push Ava into the river? Do you have any idea that she can’t swim at all? If I hadn’t happened to walk past today, you would’ve murdered her!” He flung my wrist away as his chest heaved. “Ella, when did you become so vicious? This is attempted murder!” My swollen wrist was throbbing with agonizing pain. He didn’t even seem to notice that I was dripping wet, and he didn’t seem to care either.

The Devil's Chosen Luna: A Werewolf Romance

The Devil's Chosen Luna: A Werewolf Romance

Stormy sighed and said, " Yeah, my brother is right. We're just here to cool off like you're both doing. There's no cause for alarm. We won't harm you. Enjoy yourselves." We dived into the water and before we knew it, the girl stopped swimming, came out of the water, put their dresses on and fled. Stormy and I were dumbfounded. We didn't allow their awkwardness to stop our fun, anyway. As we continued swimming, we saw a book on one of the rocks around the waterfalls. As my curiosity took hold of me, I got out of the water to take a look at the book.

Wet Secrets

Wet Secrets

I rose, wiping my mouth, pulling the dress up hasty, boobs tucked, the bra still unhook loose. "Yeah, coming!" I called, voice steady somehow, grabbing a glass. Jax filled his too, smirking as Mia entered the doorway. "Just getting water," he said casual, handing her one. "Movie boring you?" Mia grabbed it, oblivious, eyes flicking back to the TV. "Nah, plot's heating up. Hurry!" She left, footsteps fading. We exhaled, alone again. Jax pinned me quick to the counter, cock hard still against my thigh. "Close call, slut. Now, back to the blanket. Gonna finish what I started." Dirty promise in his eyes.

The Fated Series

The Fated Series

Blood in the Water The chute spat them out hard into the wet darkness. Jalen hit first, the stagnant water closing over his head. It was black, thick with rot, and she gagged when he broke the surface. Evandra landed beside him with a splash that echoed like thunder in the enclosed space, his weight dragging them both down for a heartbeat before she shoved them back up.

You Are Mine, Little Sister

You Are Mine, Little Sister

The mist curled up and kissed my face. "That moment when the water claims your face, and you can't tell if you're choking or praying, that's when you realize it's not the water killing you." His grip tightened. "Please—" "It's the powerlessness." Another inch. Another shiver. "It's the water's way of saying, 'welcome to my world.'" His tone dipped even lower. "Now, imagine drowning in this. Water so cold it rips the scream from your throat before your lips can even part. Your lungs won't beg for air, Rali. They'll beg for death."

Minx Chique
A very hard read at first, but when you keep reading, the storyline and characters draw you in. If you like dark storyline like this one, give another title a read, 'Marked, Broken, and Carrying His Heir' (no, I'm not the author). The story is twisted and you will also love the strong female lead.
No one
It was the best book ever… I loved it until the part where she lost her memory…. Omg the stuff that happened to her after she got abducted, killed my soul completely and I haven’t been able to read any further. I’ve been too afraid that it will continue. I hope I can continue reading.

The Sterling Brothers’ Lost Sister

The Sterling Brothers’ Lost Sister

The book was really interesting. The heat came back after a while. I got up from where I was sitting and stood up. “I can do this,” I told myself. I was not a swimmer and I barely knew how to float in the water.. The water looked really nice and inviting. I really needed to get in the water. I stepped inside the pool. At first, it was fine. Then it wasn’t. My feet slipped on the ground and I got really scared. The water came up too fast and I was waving my arms and legs all over the place, my heart was beating so hard that it hurt and water was getting in my mouth.

Married For Revenge, Pregnant With His Regret

Married For Revenge, Pregnant With His Regret

He considered this with the gravity of a child who has been woken by a dream about dinosaurs and is receiving information about rivers and is taking both seriously. "Okay," he said. "Can I have water?" "Yes," I said. "You can have water." I got him his water. I put him back to bed. I stood in his doorway for a moment in the dark, listening to him settle. Then I went back to the kitchen and the book and the river and the Wednesday evening that was ordinary and was not ordinary and was, in its complicated way, exactly what it needed to be.

Fire and Water

Fire and Water

His mother still stood in disbelief, so he said, “Mom, get me a pitcher of water.” Looking as if she thought they all belonged in a mental ward, Rebekah crossed to the kitchen, filled a pitcher with tap water, and placed it on the cheap wooden coffee table. Christian eyed the water, his green eyes intense, then placed a finger on the surface. Suddenly, the water began to swirl. Starting in the center, a vortex was created and soon enough the entire contents of the plastic pitcher were flowing around a perfect hole in the center. Rebekah gasped and sat heavily to the chair. She toyed with her hair nervously. “Is it . . . are . . . are you some kind of mutant? Is that what your school is for?”

INTO THE WILDERNESS: The Journey

INTO THE WILDERNESS: The Journey

Seemed like it went on forever, all the way to today and even beyond. She dashed splash into the water, which was extremely cold, without warning. "Water?" she wondered, relieved. That drew her up sharply and quickly. She couldn't tell if it was merely a puddle in the way, the edge of an underground stream that went through the passage, or the border of a vast, black underground pond. The stone didn't have much gleam to it. She came to a halt, and when he listened carefully, she could hear droplets pouring from undetectable roofing into the water beneath; and there was no other motion.
