Slowly, I turned back to the last page of the book which was the first page when reading from the druid’s side. After a careful glance at the page which was still blank, I observed that the former words written on it had not disappeared, but instead became less visible. I closed my eyes and drew in a shallow breath as I placed the base of my fingers over it. And just like that, I found the words coming up bold again, and my lips began to read each one of them.
