His Donna
Two of the four clans had already arrived.
To my right sat the Rosetti twins, Antonio and Matteo, heads of the Sicilian clan. They were identical in every way except for the small scar running down Matteo’s jaw. Both wore that same smug arrogance of men who thought they couldn’t be touched. Across from them sat Don Carlo Vitale of Naples, a man whose name alone could silence half the Italian coast. He was older, quieter, but no less dangerous. His calm was the kind that came from knowing you had enough bodies buried to earn peace.
The last seat, meant for the fourth clan, the Romano family from Russia, who ran trade through Eastern Europe... was empty. They were running late, as usual.
