Jace turned, his expression unreadable — but his eyes burned with fury. “For war,” he said, voice sharp as steel. “If Ryder Bishop wants to play god, we’ll remind him what hell looks like.”
He looked over at Milo, who still hadn’t moved from where he’d been shoved.
