Jayden POV: The anticipation was building up as we approached Crescent Haven. My heart was pounding in my chest, and my mind was filled with a mix of excitement and anxiety. It had been two years since we had last seen Kiara, our mate, and I couldn't wait to see her again. But the fear of rejection gnawed at me. What if she had moved on? What if she no longer felt the same way about us? I pushed those thoughts aside and focused on the positive.
