My heart was beating so fast I was sure they could hear it over the low thrum of music. "Gentlemen," Lorenzo began, his voice carrying that smooth authority that made people listen whether they wanted to or not. "I'd like you to meet Ellie Knight." He paused, and I felt his eyes on me even though I was staring at my hands folded in my lap. "She's officially a Black Rose now, under our protection." The words settled over the table like a heavy blanket. I didn't know what being a Black Rose meant, but from the way the three strangers straightened in their seats, it was clearly something significant. Something that changed how they looked at me.

At least his beloved was happy. "There's a gift inside. Open it and take a look," he uttered softly. My hand, which had been fiddling with the rose petals, froze. I turned to look at Julian. "Why are you being so wasteful?" A bouquet of flowers was already expensive enough, and he put another gift inside. Seeing my annoyed expression, Julian chuckled. "Don't worry. I can afford these gifts. Besides, it's only once in a while. Just take a look." Hearing the eagerness in his voice, I pulled out the greeting card. Beneath it was a small box.

The pack buzzes with shock, but Jaxon stands tall, his hand still in mine. Later that evening, I’m in Jaxon’s room, his new quarters in the eastern cabins. He sits beside me, feeding me slices of apples from a bowl, his movements caring. I take the bite, chewing slowly. He sets the bowl down and pulls a single red rose from his pocket, handing it to me. “This is for you, my Luna.” He said. The petals are soft, vibrant. I smile, twirling it in my fingers. “Thank you, Jaxon. It’s beautiful.”

And Giselle with her barely concealed attempt of pursuing Aiden reminded her forcibly of Anna , which only made her hate Giselle even more . Rosalie took out a carton of orange juice from the refrigerator , propped up a glass on the island at the centre of the kitchen area , that was shining and gleaming and filled up her glass up to the brim . Chairs surrounded the island and if possible Rosalie would have loved to have her juice right there instead of going back and forcing herself to face Giselle's unwanted presence . But the thing was - she was the Luna and if she pulled herself back , it will only fatten up Giselle's overly fattened head .

Then, he gave me a polite smile. The view changed after that. Rose stood there, lost in her thoughts. Everything around her is dark and broken. She started to move, she moved her right foot towards the jeep, then she slowly moved another and after a step she stopped and turned her neck to her shoulder and a drop of water moved out from her beautiful black eyes and then slipped on her red cheeks.

Elisa shrugged as she dragged the bag and set it down next to the wardrobe. “Were you the person who gave me this rose?” Rain nodded her head at the delicate rose that was kept inside of a glass vase with water. The single rose was the only thing in it. Elisa shifted her attention to the flower, started at it for a few seconds before nodding her head in affirmation. She didn’t say a word after that, she just led Rain to the vanity table that was set up for her in the room because she knew that it wasn’t there before.

[Rose] I stared at my face in the mirror and sigh putting on my lipstick for the second time. My time coming up for another dance. I could feel my feet getting sore minute by minute as I made my way towards the dance floor. My teeth unintentionally bit my lower lip softly as I suddenly saw Kaden standing near the stage. The club was filled with people because it was a weekend. I had t leave early today because I was going apartment hunting tomorrow morning. I didn't care about the size. I didn't care if it was not convenient.

Lucas looks like he’s about to throw up, as Selena turns around and looks at him. “Lucas! Hi.” Lucas presents Selena with a single white Rose tied with ribbon from behind his back. “Oh my god it’s beautiful Lucas,” she smells the delicate flower and smiles at him. “It’s beautiful thank you so much, but I don’t understand?” “Selena, I have come here to ask you a couple of questions.” Lucas takes hold of Selena’s empty hand. “I, first of all, would like to ask you if, you would be my date to the Christmasqurade Ball?”

Rose who was standing behind me quickly ran over and said, “I don’t drink juice. Water is okay.” As she spoke, she looked at Ailina. “What does my idea like to drink? I will buy it for her.” I’ll look at the large couple cup in front of Ailina, then look at Rose and Smite. “She might not need it. Have you seen the man in front of her? If you buy her juice, the man will make you die of jealousy.” “But I am a woman.” She blinked her eyes. I raised my eyebrows, “Then you could have a try.”
