Juliet Michele Novels & Stories

he asked, his words low yet serious. "I'm getting better, Ethan. Thank you so much," Juliet appreciated. "Mark had told me a lot about,” she continues, trying to avoid eye contact with Theresa. Ethan had never met Juliet before, but all he had heard about her was now coming to life—a very beautiful, elegant lady dressed in a simple white shirt and blue jeans with a simple coat that worsened her simple outfit. “I think it's high time I find Mia; the flash drive my mom gave her must have a lot to say about all these," I mused thoughtfully as I rested my back, trying to avoid Theresa's direct gaze at me.

I’ve always had a thing for blondes, and with her little blue sundress and bashful smile, this one has a sweet, girl next door quality that just so happens to embody my dirtiest fantasies. When Jax asked if his kid sister could stay here while studying at Denver University, I expected her to be… well, a kid. Not a fucking knockout. I find myself immediately doing the math in my head- did he say she was nineteen? I’m a few months shy of thirty, so she’s entirely too young for me, but… fuck. Juliet cocks her head to the side demurely as she extends a hand in greeting, those clear blue eyes sparkling and her plush lips parting to offer me a breathy “Hi”.

Inside, Zyra, growing restless with the wait, chatted with her girlfriends, each emanating an air of confidence. "Look at you, Zyra. You've gone from rags to riches," one of them remarked with a hint of jealousy, "We're just left in the dust." Yaslyn immediately sensed a lack of authenticity in the girl named Julieta Zaccone. She came across as arrogant, perhaps even jealous of what Zyra had achieved. "It's not what you think, Julieta. We're all friends. We've always pledged to succeed together," Zyra replied with a light-hearted laugh.

I wasn’t sure if she would like me, but I was planning for her to go back to her studies. She no longer have to worry about work. She would be eating three times a day or maybe a little more. I would have to take good care of her diet to be able to drink her blood without endangering her health. “Juliet West.” I took the folder he handed me. I felt nervous, a strange agitation enveloped me. Juliet might be upset if she found out that I was peeking at her papers. These things were supposed to be confidential. “Juliet West. Third year suspended. Average …”

I straighten slightly, leveling him the most bored look I could muster, "I take it your names not Hayden then?" His smile widens, "Michael, actually." "How's the family, Michael?" This time he laughs, folding his arms across his chest. "You're a hard one to capture Andrea. Your elite contingent of bodyguards are pretty impressive. And shacking up with an Alpha?" He whistles, shaking his dyed head, "Not the worst idea." "You got past them just fine." I mutter. They hadn't bothered to tie me down. They seemed to have just dumped me on a large, soft sofa chair. It told me me what I needed to know.

Juliet corrected. She slid a folder across the table. Damian didn’t touch it. Elena didn’t either. Juliet smirked. “Inside is documentation about your father’s real scandal. The one Marcus hasn’t leaked yet. The one that will not only ruin your name, Damian… but Elena’s, too.” Elena froze. “Why me?” “Because you married him,” Juliet said simply. “Power stains those who touch it.” Damian stepped in front of Elena instinctively. “If you release anything that harms her—”

I stated, studying Michelle's face. A bitter smile curved her lips. "Truthfully, I hadn't given it that much thought before something similar happened again…" She gulped down her wine. "There was a smart girl working here before you. Her name was Julienne… Mr. Alexander liked her, and she even started helping Caesar with one of his projects. Then one night, she was trying to call me. I didn't pick up the phone because I was on a date… The next day, I found out that she committed suicide by jumping out of the window."

"Did she give you a name?" "Zola. Zola Oladele. Said she worked for Lagos Insider magazine." Juliet's blood ran cold. Zola was Selena's right-hand woman. The hacker. The one who did the dirty work. "Listen to me carefully. If she comes back, don't engage. Call security. And call me immediately." "This is getting scary, Jules." "I know. But we're going to handle it." Juliet tried to sound more confident than she felt. "I'll take care of this."

She will be twenty one only by next September. "I'm fine Dr. Hector." Her voice was too small, hardly reaching her own ears. She was angry, agitated and devastated. Juliet took a long staggered breath and walked out of the hospital determined to challenge the music she was facing. However her test wasn't yet over. Before reaching the cab a flamboyantly dressed red-haired woman stopped her. "Ms Juliet Greenfield?" She did not wait for her to reply. "Please come with me and fill the surrogacy contract."

Every time she remembered Adrian’s voice, fresh heat pooled between her thighs. Mia appeared suddenly from between two shelves, holding her phone. Her face looked serious. “Jules,” Mia said, sitting down across from her. “We need to talk. Right now.” Juliet straightened up. “Mia, I really can’t do this today. I’m exhausted.” Mia placed her phone on the table and slid it toward Juliet. On the screen was a paused video of Luna on stage. The silver corset caught the pink lights perfectly. The same one Mia had seen in Juliet’s bag.
