My legs tremble beneath me, and I can barely put one foot in front of the other. Each step is a battle, a struggle to keep moving forward despite the overwhelming exhaustion that threatens to consume me. My breath comes in ragged gasps, my chest tightening with every inhale. The world around me seems to blur, the edges of my vision growing hazy as I struggle to maintain my focus. My vision darkens.

Kaliyah's POV I grunted as pain shot through my legs with every step I took. It felt like my muscles were tearing apart, set on fire by the relentless strain of flash step. I could barely hold myself together, and it was a miracle I hadn't shattered under the pressure, but I knew that luck wouldn't last forever. I could feel the three remaining wolves gaining on me as my speed was considerably slower than before. Still, I gritted my teeth and pushed forward, but the burning in my legs was becoming unbearable. It was a miracle that my bones hadn't shattered under the immense strain.

He gathered them carefully, making sure nothing was left behind, then draped them over his left shoulder. I released a gentle breath. I stiffened my knees, bracing my legs so I could gather enough momentum to stand. When I finally tried to lift myself from where I was seated, a slight trembling ran through me. My legs wavered briefly, before I was able to straighten myself completely. I was already standing, but the moment I tried to take a step forward, I winced again despite myself. The discomfort shot through my legs, sharp enough that I couldn’t completely hide my reaction.

They haven’t even been walking for a half hour yet. "It's easier to meet if we stay at a certain place. Plus..." he paused and stared down, tilting her head. She follows his gaze to see that it was on her foot. "Your foot, it's bleeding.” As he said, she realized that her backheel had been bleeding from the scratches behind, that is why she had been a bit uncomfortable earlier as they were walking. She thought that she was just tired and not accustomed to avoiding the crowd. " Ah, it's the new shoes. That's why it's a bit uncomfortable." she said as she looked at the reddened back of feet a bit of skin has been scraped and a tingling pain can be felt.

“I don’t know about that but you do have to understand that we still need to continue with your therapy today. Oh and it’s going to be tough so I hope you are ready to handle it.” I nodded, glad that the room had become quiet at last. The healer helped me when I tried to step forward, but I couldn’t walk. My legs seemed as if they weren’t really mine. I could make them tense and move a little if I concentrated hard on them, but not very well; when the healer bore most of my weight, I was able to slip one foot awkwardly in front of the other. “Be patient with yourself, Karla,” she said softly. “Healing will take time.”

I wait until I can't hear the scraping and clanking of the knife on the wall before I use the box to stand up. “I wish the feeling in my legs would come back already”. I sit on the box massaging my legs. I try to stand up and walk but I can only stand for a few seconds before wobbling and falling over. I sit upright and lean my back against the box being sure to stay behind it and hidden.

She sat down and gently massaged her calf through her long skirt. Although rehab had significantly improved her limp, she still couldn’t walk much. Walking too much made her feel sore.

He asked, and I shook my head. "No, I felt terrible, and I don't think I can make it," I said, and I didn't want to pretend that I was okay anymore because my knees felt so weak. I can feel the aching in my muscles since I used all my strength to prevent myself from falling on the ground, and even if the fresh is keeping me relaxed, I can't stop feeling tired; I usually do my morning runs and exercises, but since we have been walking for more than one hour, I can feel my legs are giving up because of the slope that we were taking.

“Are you sure they were nit staring at my panties they were too excited.” “Who cares? All they can do is stare and not taste.” “The tasting is for you.” “You got that right baby girl.” I was trying so hard to walk but the pressure in my leg was making me to limp. “Are you fine baby girl?” “Um, my legs are getting worse.” “I already called the uber, they would be here any minute, ten minutes top.” “Yeah but i cannot think i can handle any more pressure on the foot.” I sat on the pavement area and brought my leg up, massaging my toes.

Still, I slid off the bed and tried to stand. Big mistake. Because the second my foot touched the floor, my legs buckled. I grabbed the edge of the bed quickly, breathing hard. “Stupid heat,” I muttered under my breath, glaring at Darius’s sleeping form like it was his fault my bones felt like jelly. After waiting a few seconds, I tried again, this time dragging myself forward instead of pretending I had functioning legs. Each step was shaky, and controlled only by my pure stubbornness. The bathroom felt miles away.
