Annoying! "Pfft you know how to punch? I thought you only slap and poke, you know Keny." He said while still laughing, I looked at Trixie who was holding back her laughter. His face suddenly became serious when he noticed me looking at him. WHAT?! What did he say at the end?? Kenny K E N...Y? He's so-- grrrr it's chilling! did he call me keny? Even my name was actually tripped! Trixie is another one, she was holding back her laughter next to Steven! Is he really sick? It is not obvious. Do they help me?

Still basking in a state of serene bliss, we began our journey back home. All of a sudden, Kenny let out a piercing scream, catching me off guard and causing me to jump. "Turn back!" he urgently exclaimed. Perplexed, I inquired about what was wrong. "I forgot to pick up the masks! How can we have a masquerade without masks?" he exclaimed with clear panic in his voice. I let out a relieved sigh and gently closed the door. As I turned around, I saw Kenny grinning mischievously at me. I playfully slapped my hand to my forehead and scolded him for frightening me earlier.

Right after he finished speaking a foul smell pervaded in the air. Kenny frowned in disgust as he saw that Adam’s lower body was wet, and there was a pee dripping from his trousers. Adam was so scared that he peed in his pants. All his men laughed at him. “Here, I thought you were a powerful man, Mr. Wilson. You are an adult now, yet you have wet your pants. How embarrassing!” Adam tucked his legs tightly, visibly ashamed. Kenny scoffed at him and said, “Adam, if you want us to spare your life, you will show us your sincerity. Do you understand what I’m trying to say?”

"Even if you embarrassed me in front of Mr. Diego that night, I'll still help you, Anna." Kenny grinned. Of course, he was still hurt, as his frustration hadn't been vented. He continued to think of ways to get back at Anna until he finally met Jeremy while visiting Mr. Chandra. Kenny, seeing her wary gaze, laughed again. "You didn't think I'd put poison in it, did you? It's just regular wine, Anna!" Kenny stood up and grabbed Anna's glass and drank it all himself. "Look, this is safe! Get another glass and more wine!" said Kenny.

He had reported everything he knew, so what else was his boss referring to? When the man didn't hear anything from Kenny for a while, he tsked. "What's the point of hiring you?" Scrolling through his phone, he paused at a F******k post before tossing it to Kenny. "Look at it yourself." Kenny caught it just in time before the screen turned black. He quickly skimmed through the discussion. It was basically talking about Clover being a liar and how she stole Kyle away from his fans—a pretty normal topic lately. However, as he continued reading, his eyes widened at a particular thread of comments.

If Kenneth were truly someone who had outgrown the human species, he was a very bored alien at the moment. When he got up on stage, the assistant put the crown over his head. The host requested a speech, and the man dryly said, “Thank you. ‘Most Likely to Outgrow the Human Species.’ That’s… incredibly comforting. Nothing says ‘we appreciate you’ like suggesting I belong to a higher life form.” “Here we go,” at Freya’s table, Milo remarked. “Speech with Kenneth’s sarcasm. This is truly gold.” Kenneth: “Just to clarify, I’m not actively trying to evolve beyond humanity. It’s just… some of you make it really tempting.”

Chapter Twenty Eight: Friends in the Storm Ken’s phone buzzed on the desk, and the moment he saw Kunle’s name, a wide grin spread across his face. He snatched the phone and shouted, “Bad guy! I was about to call you before your call came! You know what, you will live long, ooo!” He laughed loudly, but then he noticed something off in Kunle’s voice. It was shaky, like he was holding back tears, not the usual lively tone he had when talking to Ken.

Ken ignore the shocked and devastated state of Katy, he redirect his attention and looked around, then he discovered a saw a little glance of Casey who was sitting on his chair. Casey was busy making a jokey and funny face at him, he was sticking out his tongue continously at Ken. Ken felt like fainting to death when he saw the shame and embarrassment, he was really ashamed of himself he decided to travel out to stay there fore the time being when this matter was resolved because he knew he will be mock to death if he stay back in this country.

We talked and laughed, sharing stories and getting to know each other better. Just as we were in the middle of our conversation, the door creaked open, and a tall, dark-skinned man walked in. My head instinctively turned to greet him. Just as I raised my face to greet him, I felt a jolt of recognition run through me. It was the same guy from the masked party! I couldn't believe it; I had unmasked him in the washroom while we were kissing. I didn't know I'd remember his face ever again.
