The love of a King

The love of a King

A few days later; After Kevin's death, the past few days became hectic for Kilan. First, he dedicated his time in preparing a proper funeral for his deceased assistant, which took place three days after his death. Although Kevin wasn't married, he still had his parents. Kilan paid his condolences to them, promising that he would always be at their disposal. After this, Kilan had to come in front of the council to explain things to them. Although the council ended up concluding that it was a mugging as they earlier suspected, Kilan still didn't believe that.

CEO Wants Me: Heiress Has Risen Again!

Kevin nodded, smiling down at her, “Of course. And then, we’ll go far away, just you and me.” I felt like I was suffocating. Ginny had always acted so soft, so fragile. Like she couldn’t hurt a fly. But this? This was murder wrapped in a bow of innocence and crocodile tears. The both of them hugged warmly, while Kevin's phone suddenly rang. “Mom.” He greeted, smiling but then, his smile turned into a frown, “What do you mean she hasn't donated the bone marrow? That crazy woman is being so difficult again. Hold on, let me call her.”

I yelled at him. "I am afraid I would have to disobey you this time, Ms Brown. Alpha Damien's orders," I heard Kevin reply from behind the closed door. "Leave me alone," I yelled back and rested my head on the pillow, still curled up like a shrimp. "Ms Brown, if this is any consolation. Mr Jeremy Wilson didn't make it to prison. He is dead," I heard Kevin say. "What did you say?" I asked. "Mr Jeremy Wilson is dead," Kevin repeated.

Carefree God of War

Kevin was a man, a tough man. But, he also felt dispirited at that moment. He did not know how he should deal with the situation. What should he do? He held his head with both hands. He leaned on his desk and felt grief. Right then, the director reminded him, “Mr. Laine, should we go… and look for Thomas Mayo?” “Look for him?” Kevin raised his head and looked at the director. “Why should we look for him?”

The story is fast paced unlike most of the stories. I am thrilled to read each chapter. While the plot is similar with other novels of the same genre, I love the way the author develops each character. I also love it very much that chapters are longer and require less coins to open.

I don't think it is right to just quit from ur title being god of war. You have so much effort and sacrifices just to be in that title. Hardships in life will not end how can you depend your love ones if you are that powerless. Maybe you can leave temporarily but not resigned.

She is of average height with dark chocolate skin, grey hair, and black eyes. But someone is missing. Kevin Hart. I asked the three if they have seen him at the funeral. " Oh, he didn't attend. He was so heartbroken when he heard the news about Adrian," Ralph said with a gloomy voice." "Do you know where to find him? We want to ask him questions about Adrian." I asked Annabelle passed me a small piece of paper where the address of Kevin was written. I thanked her and went on our way out of the cemetery. We drove into the address provided and park in Kevin's driveway.

"How is this my fault? I've done everything I can to help your father. All the doctors here can testify that I've provided the best solution for your father's condition. "If my plans had failed, then even the gods wouldn't be able to do anything about your father's condition. Your father's time is up.This is just a normal life cycle. We can't do anything about it. "Instead, I can bring your father's body to Kingsvale for an autopsy to figure out the cause of his illness. Hopefully, that'll bring you closure." Kevin had gotten used to the rich and the famous treating him with the utmost respect. Naturally, he did not think much of Mason's death.

My Husband of Seven Years Says I’m His Ex-Wife

My Husband of Seven Years Says I’m His Ex-Wife

Seeing no room for negotiation, the messenger shivered and scurried away. Less than three months later, a call came to the estate. "Miss Moretti… Mr. Kevin Walker passed away this morning." The person's voice was low. "The wound infection worsened. He didn't have the money for further debridement and antibiotic treatment… and it progressed to sepsis." "Before he passed, he kept calling your name and your daughter's." I held the phone, my gaze falling on the lawn outside the window. My daughter, in a pale blue dress, was bent over her easel, coloring intently.

He paused. “Where is he now, your grandpa?” Bob asked with concern. The answer was obviously in Kevin’s face, actually. I would rather observe and think first before asking such a question that could trigger pain in people. “He died,” was Kevin’s reply, “It’s been three years since he’s gone. I decided to travel out of the countryside and reached this town. Never did I know I would starve myself to death.” We three stayed silent, waiting for someone to break the silence. I too have a question to ask.
