Khal Drogo Book Novels & Stories

I thought with a scornful look on my face. "I can't wait to control their feeble mind," Kendra, my dragon, said with an excited look. "For making fun of how I looked." This war had started years ago when I first accidentally found a book titled the first dragons. And then someone helped me to know more about the first dragons, and their history. Everything started with that first book. The book was buried deep in the depth of a library, and that was the only print, I had found out later. The fascination became obsession and the obsession became need.

This book is a work of fiction. Names and characters are the product of the author’s imagination and any kind of resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is entirely simultaneous. I love and appreciate your comments. I gladly like to hear what any of you might say. With that all out of the way, I hope you enjoy this book. ♥WELCOME TO THE BOOK♥ ♥TAMING THE DRAGON♥ ❤ELYSIAN POINT OF VIEW❤

********** "Our chief will be the first to set foot on the new land." Ragnar had said when we saw a shimmering silhouette, floating in the distance. He is an excellent ally, a great counsellor and a loving brother. If it weren’t for him, I would be dead, me body turning to dust or giving life to the crows and other animals back on our land. If not dead, then I would be drowning in a lake of self-guilt and sorrow or wandering in the dark corridor of me heart, not wanting to get out but to walk forever and find no rest, no light. Me sorrow’s rising to the surface, threatening to overwhelm me.

Ozaiah states. The Alpha King turns to face me, and I grow smaller. He raises his hand his braids catch my attention—the weave of his hair symbolizes the victories he has won. “I, Khal Drogo, Alpha and King of Basgiath.…” He begins but narrows as he looks toward Gareth. “What is her name?” he growls, and my brother blurts it out. “I, Khal Drogo, Alpha of the barbarians and King of Basgiath, the unburnt, take Akemi Ravenscar as my human mate.” He dips his hand into a bowl filled with red liquid and marks my forehead.

Seeing my confusion, he pulled an old dusty book from the shelf. "The ability to access the shadows like you did is a shadow dragon trait. Your father, my brother, had that skill. But the ability to change those shapes into something tangible, something with a life of its own--that's a very real skill indeed. One that hasn't been seen since the times of Carnelia the Great." The cover of the book is one I know fairly well as it was the first book I learned how to read. "I am assuming you are familiar with this tale?"

Behind the swaying bead curtains, two men were roughly dragging a woman as they tore the garments from her body. “F*ck! Get your filthy hands off!” Whoever touched the dragon’s nerve had to die! In an instant, Philip’s eyes turned red. He roared out loud, grabbed two glass bottles, and rushed up the stairs! Drogo barely had time to react when he saw a silhouette fly past him. How dare he make a move! I am Drogo Hanks! The man everyone has to greet whenever they see me, but this boy toy just went ahead and took action?

But if I told them the truth, maybe they would take me back to Thornwood. “A werewolf.” I said as loud as I could muster. Collective gasps broke out around me. Gasps of shock and disdain. I dragged my gaze around, confused by their reaction. Wait, he did say this was the ‘Dragon Keep’. The memory of when I came across a book about Dragons rushed into my mind. “...dragons are egoistic creatures who think they're better than everyone. They hung our kind for sport. They're monsters, Eloise…” Mae had told me that day.

Two names slowly appeared on the page after it was wet. “Adrian Xander.” “Nadine Gardner.” Carlene’s body shook upon reading the two names. Then, she shut her eyes tightly and said, “Chad, you may find this hard to believe. I’ve checked over and over again, yet in the end, I myself still have difficulty believing that the prediction in the book is true. Nadine has made acquaintances with War Legate Draco. And if I’m not mistaken, Draco is looking for this book. “Chad, this is all your fault for choosing not to destroy the book in the past. Now, the outlanders have it too. If this prediction is true, your daughter won’t live more than a few years.”

They were arrogant and cocky towards her kind. "Reading too many fairy tales?" Drogo snorts. "We are dwindling in number. We have merged together. We aren't exactly picky about which jobs to take. Besides, Paiste isn't known for his peacekeeping ways." Selene eyes Drogo. "Who?" "Do you not know your history?" Drogo questions. "Paiste, the dragon that brought destruction to Celtic villages for vengeance? He is a fire dragon and has quite a temper. He rules our small hive and has quite a vendetta against wolves and vampires. Your witch handed him the perfect revenge on a silver platter-no puns intended." Drogo smiles at his joke.

“Before that, I want to have a taste of her for the last time...” I freeze. “...She's a whore after all.” Drogo snarls and I see red. I lunge at him without thinking, my fingers wrapping around his throat and slams him against the wall. Blood streams down his nose but he merely chuckles, even as my claws dig into the skin of his neck. “How dare you call her that?!” He grins, revealing his blood stained teeth. “Are you ashamed of her?” Drogo growls weakly in my head as he nearly surfaces.
