I can't imagine myself making tortilla wraps for over a hundred people with just my hands. Mind you I was going to make chicken quesadillas, so I was already marinating the chicken. In twenty-five minutes I was done with making eighty tortilla wraps. I was sure I won't be able to finish before time so my anxiety was almost as high as the roof.
