The old shopkeeper smiled politely. “Ah, that’s our rarest piece. Handmade, only one of its kind. It’s priced at $10,000.” Alina’s eyes widened. “A thousand? For a teddy bear?” she whispered, almost too softly to hear. She glanced at Liam, but his face remained calm and unreadable.

"Forget the shirt. I am Teo, by the way." The name hits me like a physical blow. My stomach turns over, and for a second, I am back in the dark woods of Crystal Lake. I can smell the iron of blood and hear the dying gasps of the Teo I killed. My lungs seize up, and the room starts to tilt. But then this man—the living one—leans down. His breath is warm against my ear, smelling of mint and nothing like death. "But my friends call me Teddy. Especially if you are in the market for a giant teddy bear."

He was such a goofball. As we approached the section of the store that was dedicated to teddy and dolls, I felt a sense of wonder and excitement. The place was a teddy bear lover's paradise. There were teddy bears of all shapes and sizes, dressed in a variety of outfits and accessories. The shelves were arranged in a way that made the teddy look like they were part of a magical, enchanted forest. I couldn't help but smile. "This place is so beautiful," I said, looking around in awe.

Mr Kim smiled and drove away. Dae twisted open the front door to see Aroon sleeping on the living room couch. The TV was working showing some adds. Dae turned off the TV and locked the door. Then he headed upstairs. He was shocked as he entered his room. There was a teddy bear lying on the bed, somewhat similar to his earlier teddy bear. But it was a new one. The colour was a little different. Ron was a dark brown teddy bear but this one is light brown. Dae went and took it in his hands. There was a tag on it's neck. As he read it, his eyes started to tear up. Just three words.

"For you, a panda bear for my Kota-bear" Ty said as he handed to bear to me. I smiled widely and grabbed the bear, clutching it under my arm.

Shantel immediately snapped, nodding negatively. "I don't want the teddy bear. I don't even like it again! Because of it, I made Mommy cry and made her angry with us. I now hate that Teddy bear with everything in me!" Shantel spat with so much disgust, her face puffed up in anger. "Ok. If you say so" Dominic almost laughed and so did Leon. "But if there's anything you need just tell your Daddy about it and I will get it for you, ok?"

And now that he was alive, they kept trooping in with stupid smiles and fake happiness, clutching some pink or white or Lavender teddy bear in their hands. Seth shuddered when he took sight of the lavender teddy bear. It was huge and lay propped on the floor, next to its fellow brethren. "Of all the things they could get me." He mumbled, curling his lips in a sneer. His mother noticed where he was looking and laughed. "Oh come on, some of the teddy bears are actually cute." "Yeah, if I was a two-year-old probably." He replied, opening his mouth for his mother to scoop another forkful of spaghetti into it.

I had Talya to thank for making me watch that stupid movie at least a hundred times. My eyes went amber. Teo tried scrambling from the chair, but my hand went to his throat.
