Prologue Daniel's POV I went on with my life, not expecting even a tiny bit of happiness to find me, I was just living under the dark side of life. Killing, hunting monsters. No happiness, not even love. Nothing could reach my frozen soul. That is, if I had a soul.

Hunter growled out, putting much emphasis on each word especially the last. The others stop. Kael shifts beside me. His wolf is massive. Gray fur. Yellow eyes. He stands between me and the hunters.

Gildart thought as he looked at her. "Her abilities are pretty useful for support but it's not an action based powers, so why did she pick hunters instead of adventurers. Well that's a mystery to be solved another day" Gildart thought as he looked back at the battle. Kazuko was pointing her seal towards the beast as she then shouted, "Destructive hurricane" as a swirl of wind came out and went towards the eagle. The eagle dodged it but surprisingly for it, Kazuko came out of the swirling wind and shot a large arrow towards it.

Hunter hollered, his voice thundering across the field. He was pissed and I don’t know why, but the thought pleased me. I looked back over at Kyra, who had ignored Hunter and threw a blast of energy and fire fuzed together, at Rex. It hit him with enough force he was thrown back and went through the side of the storage building. She hit me with that same attack earlier, but it hadn’t been that hard.
