“Does my mouth smell?” I shake my head.
“No, I…” I pause. It felt wrong kissing someone who isn’t Gio. But this is Jameis—we’ve been casual for years. I frown, lean in, and kiss his cheek instead. He stares, then shrugs.
“Okay, P. See you later. Pick you up here?”
