I saw Killian having a conversation with my father. It looked serious. We were now done eating and just having a chitchat with relatives. “Cassandra! Oh my god!” My eyes widened when I heard a familiar voice. It was my favorite cousin who just got here. Her husband was with her, carrying their baby. I got up and immediately ran to her, wrapping my arms around her. She also gave me a tight hug. “You are late, couz! I missed you!” I exclaimed playfully.

“Kimi, love. Do you really want to attack?” She growled some more, but it wasn’t as lethal. I took that to be a sign that she didn’t want to hurt me. I knelt down so I was more at her eye level, and began to explain. “My cousins came home with me. They’re my Aunt Cass’s daughters. It was their scents you smelled. I’m in love with you and until I get over you, I won’t be dating anyone else.” Kimi snorted, but stood down. She sat on her haunches, and I sat next to her. “It’s nice to know you got jealous over me,” I said as I petted her fur. She growled, but didn’t do anything.

Then I cut Jackson’s power and feel Jesse’s shadows pulling away. I let my head drop, closing my eyes and taking in a deep breath as I drop my mates’ hands. To my surprise, my cousin wraps me in a hug from behind, pulling me back against his chest and pressing a discreet kiss to my cap. “That was amazing, trouble,” he murmurs. “You doing okay?” “Yeah, I’m all right,” I sigh, smiling a little and leaning my weight against him. “Your shadows were cool. Were they…were they sharks today?”

I still always stutter when I catch him watching something on his desktop. "Come here." That's the sign for me to face. I caught him staring at me as I walked toward him. "A–What will you order, Sir?" I asked as I approached his table. "About your cousin's wedding, I'm sorry about the kiss. I was only able to do it because of the situation," he explained to me without any hesitation. Suddenly it seemed to replay in my brain when I took him to my cousin's wedding. ***

Cian let go of my hand and kneel, earning a squeak from the audience. "So may I have this dance?" I looked at Cian who was smiling, extending his other hand. I nodded shyly and took it. "Gosh, this is embarrassing" I commented. Cian went up and chuckled. "Don't be, you are with me" The crowd went wild when Cian kissed my hand and we head our way to the center. I could hear my naughty cousins whistling on the side and throwing cheesy lines. I hid my face in embarrassment. Goodness, why do I have such cousins?

I gasped. The ground trembled under me. Unable to fathom what he was saying, I just stared at him. "W-what?" He looked into my big eyes. "He's my cousin." I winced. My stomach turned over. The infant gave a quick, nearly warning kick. My heart pounding, I got to my feet. "Isn't this a joke? Some horrible, twisted game? "No!" Kai got up and tried to grab me, but I retreated. He had the appearance of a man divided between two lives. "Aura, I had no idea you were *his*. Not initially. However, I felt your sorrow and assisted you when I found you in the woods.

I asked, " He's my crazy ass cousin, he's a nice guy," Just as we were talking the office door burst open, thank God I decided not to kiss Cole because I knew he'd still be kissing me, he wasn't the type of guy that'd just kiss you and let you go, no, he'd kiss you and grab your ass making sure he pressed you to himself. We would have given his cousin a show. " Well you still look as shitty as ever," I heard a familiar voice say and I quickly turned to the door. He was Nathan?!!

Uno trying to start a conversation. “Well, yeah I kind of hesitated at first but I’m here now.” He nodded. “You’re an only child right?” I nodded at him. I was surprised when suddenly someone kissed my head and put his arm around me. Is this my cousin’s problem? I looked at him and gave him a “what the hell are you doing look” but he just smiled. I tried to get off his arms but he’s too strong. I glared at him. Uno would have asked again when he suddenly stopped. And then when I look at my cousin he’s glaring at him. I pinched her waist.
