When I Flash-Married a Billionaire, My Ex Went on a Hunger Strike

When I Flash-Married a Billionaire, My Ex Went on a Hunger Strike

Adora wasn’t particularly fond of small pets, but perhaps because they were his, she didn’t feel the usual aversion. She even crouched down to play with them. Surprisingly, the cats seemed unusually friendly. For their first time meeting the woman their owner brought home, they were downright affectionate, rubbing against her legs and purring, their tails flicking lazily as they looked up and meowed. “They’re adorable. What are their names?” “Blackie and Whitey.” “What?” Adora looked up at him, still crouched by the cats. “That’s the best you could come up with?”

For now, though, I wanted to enjoy this small victory. Madeline took a cautious step toward me, her eyes locked on the cat in my arms like it was some strange creature she couldn’t quite figure out. She leaned in and extended her index finger, giving the cat’s fur a hesitant poke before pulling her hand back quickly, gripping it like she’d touched a live wire. I couldn’t help the laughter that bubbled out of me. “It’s a cat Mads, not a feral beast,” I said, shaking my head. Taide moved closer, his arms folded across his chest as he studied the cat. His gaze flicked back and forth between the animal and me, his lips twitching slightly, like he was suppressing some internal commentary. Finally

Disappointing to not have a POV from each triplet since they are the antithesis of this story along with Charlotte. Interesting read. Would be a good read if readers had the POV's. Going to keep reading for now. Triplets were and still technically highly irredeemable. But I will still read for now.

His Ex Mistress, His Enemy

His Ex Mistress, His Enemy

Then the big cat stepped closer and sat beside her. Then Spaghetti leaned in and licked the big cat’s head once. I exhaled hard. “Okay. No civil war. I’ll take that as a personal victory. We’ll need more wet food, another litter box, cat beds, maybe a heater.” “I’ll handle it. I’ll order everything,” Zane said, scanning the room. “Cat beds, climbing shelves, interactive toys. Maybe a family portrait while we’re at it.” Ash cheered, pointing at the big cat. “Her name’s Mama Mozzarella!”

Hello guys, my connection’s finally back to normal! I’m so sorry once again—the storm really messed things up and the recent chapters weren’t as good as I wanted them to be. I’ve already re-edited the previous chapters that had errors, but my editor hasn’t confirmed the updates yet. Please bear with

Freakn' Shifters

Freakn' Shifters

Loved being able to work, play, shop, go dancing. But, much as it gagged her to admit it, she missed the damned jungle. Missed the quiet green spaces, the freedom of little to no clothing. She missed letting her damned kitty cat out. What galled her even more was having to admit it out loud. Chaob sensed something amiss when he got home and pulled her pacing frame onto his lap. "What is it, datura?" "Nothing." "She lies," Acat announced, stepping from the kitchen with plates of steaming food ? catered, of course. Her guys cooked about as well as she did.

Nicko also hugged his wife’s body tightly, deliberately, to heat Adrian. “Jo, Mom and Dad, of course, won’t set up a match with Catherine, because your sister must have good taste, unlike you, who are fascinated by poor men,” Daisy replied. “Huh, only treasures like that are arrogant and respected to the point of losing their minds,” Nicko muttered, which was actually heard by Adrian. “Of course I can brag about this because I have advantages. How about you, what are you going to brag about? Your van that should have entered the flea market? Oops forgive me,” Adrian said, covering his mouth.

The Mafia's Nanny (SPG)

The Mafia's Nanny (SPG)

We even bought a bed soft as a cloud, a litter box that looked like furniture, and tiny sweaters with little buttons. Fancy stuff. The cat had it better than I did—I’d counted my underwear this morning: fifteen pairs total, eight with holes worn through the fabric. When would I get to buy something new? Next was a drive-thru—fast food, warm and greasy, the kind that sticks to your fingers. The sky was darkening, purple and heavy at the edges, so we didn’t linger. Twenty minutes later, we were pulling into the mansion’s driveway. “Yay! Yay! I have a pussy—cat!” Levi shouted, beaming so wide his eyes crinkled at the corners.

Through The Gate Of Love

“Your cat is out of the bag already.” Amabel’s forehead furrowed, her head tilting back slightly in confusion. She mirrored Cressida’s stance, crossing her arms over her chest. “I’ve got many cats in the different bags,” she said, her voice laced with sarcasm. “Be specific. Which one are you referring to? The big one or the small one?” Cressida’s gaze dropped, and she scoffed softly. She nodded slowly, her eyes meeting Amabel’s once more. A faint smile spread across her lips. “You know exactly where we’re coming from and what you’ve done, don't you?”

Flirting With The Werewolf!

Flirting With The Werewolf!

She shouldn't hastily jump to conclusions. Emily carried a tangled and extremely uncomfortable mood with her. As she approached the bamboo bridge by the stream, she suddenly heard a gentle cry from nearby: "Meow." Emily immediately stopped, looked down, and saw a snow-white cat sitting beside the bridge with beautiful green eyes. She forgot her sorrowful mood for a moment and exclaimed: "How adorable! Is this not a Chinchilla cat?"
