She is currently with the Alpha and Lady Sera.” I turned slowly now. “Are you certain?”

"I was just… I was just going to take a look…" Nyra growled again, louder. "Alright! Alright! I'm leaving!" She left, almost tripping over her own feet. "Stupid creature!" she muttered to herself. Nyra watched, unblinking, until she was sure Cristina was far away. Then she returned to the room and lay down in front of the door like a true guardian.

“I’m trying to keep her alive. Even if that means protecting her from herself.” Her hands stilled. She turned to him fully, eyes catching the firelight. “And if the day comes when she is no longer herself?” Ragnar didn’t hesitate. “Then I’ll chain the gods themselves to keep her here.” Something in Nyra’s expression shifted, respect tempered with pity. She reached into the folds of her robe and withdrew a talisman of obsidian, runes etched into its surface like veins of light. “This will not silence the voice,” she said, pressing it into his palm. “But it may give her the strength to resist. As long as you stay close.”

“Which is exactly why I have to go.” “And what?” Stacy said, incredulous. “You’re just going to walk into it completely blind?” Rachel looked at Dylan, her voice steady. “Not blind. Anchored by the people I trust.” He met her gaze, holding it in silence for a moment before nodding once. “We’re not letting you go in alone this time. Not again.” Nyra turned toward the equipment rack and began pulling ancient gear from its sealed vault—relic armor forged from lost metals, weapons etched with forgotten runes, and breathing stones glowing faintly with stored lunar essence.

As it ceased, Pandora’s body seemed to emerge in a bright light bed that was floating with delicateness. “Luara, what is happening to my daughter?” Melissa asked me. I turn my head to her to hear a gasp from her. “You’re not Luara, you’re the moon goddess.” I smile in confirmation and put her hand back together with her husband’s hand. I walk to Pandora who is still looking peaceful. I touch the light casing and find out it's more palpable than it looks. "Curious" I comment, looking for some flaw in the light barrier, but to no avail.
