Romans & histoires Let The Games Begin Hunger Games

"Beastkind are dying. No frills. No drama. Just fact. No daughters born since the plague’s last winter. Fewer sons. Old lines cut off. Dens are empty." Varrow’s thought is rougher. "Courts rot. Deals rot. Pride and fear make bad choices." Rime’s whiskers twitch. "The Great Games buy time. The Walled City calls it tribute. It is a leash. It keeps war quiet. But hunger grows. Despair grows." He pauses. "Some will not wait. Some will attack the walls and take women." There it is. Cold and simple. My hands go still on the tiger’s fur. “Take,” I say. It tastes like ash.

As I made my way to the ominous black podium in the center of the room, I could vividly see Headmistress Rose smiled again for a hundredth time of today, her eyes alight with malice, "Come quick my beautiful and curious companion, let the games begin with you. Pick your poison — truth or dare — and let the unmasking commence. Whatever you choose, whatever is revealed, it stays with us,

She walked ahead while I trailed behind her. . . . Natalie's P. O. V It was a mall, but it did have a lot of things that interested me, from the restaurant to the supermarket, to boutiques... Everything. But the one I especially took interest in was the gaming center. I spent a great deal of time there, trying out all the games. " No, no, no! Don't die! " Xander murmured. I smiled smugly. " How did you learn like this?" Xander's asked, turning to me.

"Are you saying that Langston can't handle him?" Reed looked at me sternly, "I trust my buddy, but that shit over there's using steroids!" I gulped deeper. Shit. "THE GAME WILL START IN 5, 4," The announcer announced while chewing his chewing gum. How rude... "3, 2, 1! LET THE GAMES BEGIN!" Then the loud siren came from the huge speakers. What is this, The Hunger Games? I gulped and silently prayed, dear lord, I don't want him to be disabled! I mean, who would take me home?

People around us started coming to their senses as they woke up inside the podium. “Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to The Bloodlust Games, The final chapter” mum announced proudly. My eyes widened as the ground glowed beneath me, I tried moving out of the circle I was in only to realize that there was what looked like a force field wall which I couldn’t get past. I punched the wall twice, it glowed under the force. But that was all, I couldn’t move out of it as mum proudly explained the rules of the games.

Sadly, it wasn’t meant to be as the screams get louder before another long whistle blows making me think they got hurt, or worse. Just then another horn sounds off. This one lower and almost baritone, like a foghorn. Then the sound of rocks shifting could be heard, like an earthquake as the walls begin to move on their own. Some lifting while others shifting into weird angles. Kinda like the hunger games, and the weird terrane that tries to kill you as I'm forced into a different passage before it could crush me. What in the world? Moving walls? Are we suddenly in Panem? "For crying out loud” I yell more to myself than to anyone else, realizing this game wouldn’t be considered fair. As this

Emma's heart was pounding like crazy, her sex throbbing intensely, and the cloud of arousal blurred her thoughts. "I'm not going to come after you to finish what we didn't finish. I can..." her words trailed off as she heard the door close; he wouldn't hear them anymore. She got off the table and almost fell to the floor as her legs trembled. She was sensitive and wanted that orgasm, wanted him to come back and finish it. Then she understood what the bastard wanted. She looked toward the kitchen exit and shook her head with a defiant smile. "You want to play? Then let's play."

Even the coolness that touched my back from the glass of the coffee table on which Ian laid me did not help to cope with the agony beating my mind and forcing me to accept his rules. The slow, unhurried caresses that I craved gradually became unbearable torture, because the alpha was in no hurry to give me the release that was so necessary now. I know this is just another game on his part. He wants to be a winner again. And maybe I could resist. But not at this time. Now only one thing was important to me. And I had to say it out loud: “I’ll kill you, Yang, if you don’t stop this torture right now,” she practically growled in helplessness in a breaking voice. - Please.

ZAIRE’S POV "Shit, they absolutely carved them open, man. I can't even hate." Spencer said, scrolling through his phone as he read off the stats from yesterday’s game between the Milton Lions and the Eastbrook Ravens. We were sitting at our usual table under the tree in the quad, eating lunch. The break wasn't over for about the next fifteen minutes. “Come on, this is the Ravens we’re talking about,” Finn said with a dismissive roll of his eyes. “They’re shit. I'm sure we are going to destroy them too when we play them.”
