Although she didn’t work the same way as Valentini, she had a habit of breaking up lovers and wrecking homes.

This lady saw a coffin at the end of the cave with two raised platforms besides the coffin. “Here we are.” “What the fuck are we going to do here?” She raised an eyebrow. “I'm raising a friend back to life and I'm using you.” Valarie announced before snapping her fingers and she dropped there. Smirking, she gazed at the walls before using her powers to open the coffin which revealed that familiar blonde haired girl named Hayley Michael. Valarie was spreading some powdered substance around the two raised platforms while the lady who woke up some seconds ago stared at her.

C18 – KISS AND LESSON They both turned. A woman stood at the entrance. Slender, in a tight red dress that left little to the imagination. She had dark hair and smiled as if she knew every one of Eros's secrets. "Hello, Valentina. Good to see you," Eros said in a casual tone, placing a hand on Lucy's waist. Valentina Taylor was a trafficker. Known in the underworld for moving weapons, diamonds, and dirty favors to the highest bidder. She'd had a brief romance with Eros in the past—but it ended when she, in a moment of weakness, confessed she'd fallen in love with him.

I settled the mug on the table. She dumped the paperwork a little to the right of the mug, “The annual fundraising gala is today?” I asked still to be certain. It always held in May but the dates were usually scattered along the month. Last year it was the second of may, the year before that it had been the twenty fifth and I guess this year was my lucky number, fifteenth. The reason? I had no idea but if I were to guess it was to keep uninvited guests from crashing the party.

But his voice, cold and arrogant, shattered it. "Where are you? Lucy needs a necklace for a banquet. I remember you wore that custom Valentine's piece today. Bring it over quickly." A bitter laugh echoed in my chest, mingling with despair. He killed our child for Lucy Wicker, and now he wanted to take my Valentine's necklace and give it to her? "Do you even remember leaving me alone at the bridal studio?" I asked. Caught off guard, Mike paused for a moment before replying curtly, "Are you seriously holding a grudge over that? Wedding photos can be taken any time. Why are you being so petty?"

Get a grip. Leam stops noticing her shiver and steps away as Lucas's hands her the clothes. "Valerie... these scars... How old are you?" Leam asked her as he looked at the scars that littered her curvy body. His face was covered with sorrow and anger. His neat and thick browns drawn into a sharp line. "Thanks." She quickly put on the shorts and top. "Um, 23 I think," Valerie replied as she fidgeted with the shorts, purposely ignoring him mentioning her scars. What if they didn't want her after she told them?

oh. In the middle of his legs on the bed, the flyer glows. A faint, eerie shimmer at the back. A sun symbol. Save the planet from vampires. Valentine’s eyes widen. He looks at Achilles. Something unspoken passes between them. Valentine exhales sharply. “This is impossible.” He flips the flyer over, inspecting it like it might bite. His expression is unreadable. Achilles clenches his jaw. “I haven’t heard about them for a decade.”
