You Revive Me

You Revive Me

He tried to make sense of Ariak’s twisted logic, to find a way to respond to the darkness that was unfolding before him. Ariak’s gaze locked onto Dr. Phil, the doctor who had been caring for his brother’s father. “Dr. Phil,” he commanded, his voice carrying an air of authority that brooked no defiance. “Prepare the lethal dose.” Dr. Phil’s face turned ashen, his eyes widening in shock at the command he had just received. The situation had taken a horrifying turn, and he found himself paralyzed by fear and disbelief. He had never imagined that his involvement with Ariak would lead to something so unspeakable.

My Billionaire Husband Wants Me Back

My Billionaire Husband Wants Me Back

Lionel's POV I stare at Dr. Philips’ name flashing across my phone screen, my foot still pressed harder than necessary on the brake. For a second, I just watch it ring, my mind already running ahead, imagining the worst-case scenarios. Nothing good comes from an early morning call from a doctor—especially not when Evelyn is lying in a hospital bed. I swipe to answer. “Doctor.” “Mr. Lionel,” Dr. Philips says, his voice steady but holding the kind of lump that makes your stomach knot, “we’ve concluded all the tests. I’d like to discuss the results with you in person.”

Married a Secret Billionaire

Married a Secret Billionaire

He thought of the grievances and humiliation Zennie had been through during this time and recalled the obscene photos Zephyr had shown him… He had rushed back before he could finish his seminar in Jangasas. The moment he was back, he met this sc*m. Seth bit his lips, his hand holding the scalpel shaking. “You… operate on me now!” Phil panted, drenched in sweat. “Do it now!” Seth focused and looked at him seriously. “Phil Nelson, as a doctor, I’ll ensure you live. “But as someone who protects Zennie, I…” He licked his lips and uttered word by word, “I’ll make sure you wish you were dead!”

I've only read two books on this app. This is the second and by far the best one. The storylines are fluid, the characters are endowed with personality and most importantly the writer makes them come together seamlessly. Ideally, this is what the experience should be, uncomplicated and enjoyable.

I like the story. However, the cost is high for books on here and they are never ending. Not that the chapters are long, but it is almost the same outlying as the other books from this author. Sometimes it takes a moment to see what characters they have actively engaged in that chapter.

wall of death

wall of death

I was told to bring it to someone and I tried to open it in the middle, which caused me to end up on this side] "Who wrote that book and who asked you to bring it?" He asked curiously. He is smiling, and he looks like he is enjoying himself. *sigh* I sighed. [My father asked me to bring it and the book is written by Dr. Phillip] "Dr. Phillip?" Nagki asked with a shocked expression on his face. "Why didn't you tell me this before?" Ril spoke... [You know him?] "He is here" [What?] He is a person who is alive when the war took place. He created the magic potion which helped humans during war. Is it the same Dr. Phillip who is here?

How to Avoid Death on a Daily Basis

How to Avoid Death on a Daily Basis

“No, I had one other person with me. Phil—” “And where is Philip now?” “He’s in the city, somewhere.” “Can he go back in time, too?” “No.” “Has he died? What happened to him? Did he revive like the locals?” The questions were fired at a blistering pace. David had the same shaky look in his eyes as Bibler had earlier. “He died once. He came back to life after a day but he doesn’t like to talk about it. He met the Jester.” Phil, I liked the sound of. He seemed more my kind of guy.

A Different Life

A Different Life

Wei groaned, Yunlan handed him his cellphone and he put his own number in, under the simple name 'Wei'. Yunlan put his phone away as if that was a boring task he didn't have to worry about anymore. "The doctors said she's recovering well after the operation, but a few minutes later might have been too late for her. You saved her life." "Actually, you saved her life." Yunlan didn't miss the way he kept diverting the attention from himself, nor the way his hand sneaked forward to steal pieces of his fried fish. Yunlan smirked and started picking at the vegetables. "Only because you led me to her, I haven't been able to figure out how you found her."

From Donna to Doctor: My Second Life Begins

From Donna to Doctor: My Second Life Begins

More dangerous than any mafia lord I had ever encountered back in New York. “So you’re Maeve?” His gaze flickered to my name tag. “Yes,” I said softly, breaking the eyes. “Thank you for saving me,” he said, his voice thick with gratitude. “Dr. Leah told me you saved my life.” I shrugged it off with a faint smile. “No need to thank me. It’s my job.” A strange silence settled between us. Thankfully, Leah walked in before it could stretch too long, giving me an easy excuse to step away.

When Destiny Denies A Love Story (A Gay Fantasy Romance)

When Destiny Denies A Love Story (A Gay Fantasy Romance)

One thing is for sure, I’m dying no matter what. It definitely affected my life. As far as I remember, I had a pretty normal life. I was a teacher—pretty much the same as what I do—as far as I remember—or as what I’ve read from my journal. I’m living the same life as I had before, just a few notches harder with my condition and all. “Have you told your roomie about it?” Phil asked as we came to a slow halt before entering a McDonald’s drive thru. “He doesn’t really need to know this—I don’t want to burden him or make him think he needs to take care of me.” I softly said before smiling at him in reassurance.

TEACH ME HOW TO BURN (AN MXM SPICY COLLECTION)

TEACH ME HOW TO BURN (AN MXM SPICY COLLECTION)

Mommy dearest married my step-dad when I was seventeen. They were a terrible match. For one, Dr. Philip—everyone called him Dr. Philly—was a professor at the local university and a real brainiac. He dressed in cardigans and wore glasses. He spent most evenings with his nose buried in thick stacks of research, and if it weren’t for his body demanding it, I don’t think he’d take a break to eat, sleep… or do anything else.

Her Life Beyond the Walls

Her Life Beyond the Walls

Mandy looked terrified. "James, could she be right? Has Emma turned into a ghost? Do you think she'll come back for revenge?" She wrapped her arms around Chester, her whole body shaking. "James, should we call in someone with spiritual know-how to cleanse the place?" James felt torn. He knew his family never cared for Emma, but to think their indifference could drive her to take her life… "Mom," he managed to choke out, "there's no such thing as ghosts. Emma's probably just sick. I'll get a top doctor to check out her records."
