Jennet could only manage a silent nod, her eyes welling up again as she leaned into the Lady's presence.
Lady Reality gazed skyward, a gentle smile playing on her lips. "Just so you know, you're one of the rarest children I have. Rarest enough that I had to personally interfere with fate to keep you safe."
