FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION

FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION

TARZAN’S POV The road opened up into rolling hills bathed in morning light, golden fields stretching out on either side, dotted with wildflowers that swayed like they were dancing in the wind. “Wow…” Lena gasped. I glanced at the side mirror and caught the tilt of her helmet as she turned her head. She was drinking in the countryside, eyes wide behind the visor. “This is… beautiful,” she said, voice full of wonder. “It’s like the city doesn’t even exist. Those flowers… and the way the light hits the hills. God, it’s stunning. So peaceful.”

tread cautiously if you are a plus sized woman or sensitive in any way. Basically the whole story is just dedicated to graphic depictions of domestic abuse & brutal marital rape (the author dedicates multiple chapters to this and also to male lead POV where he cheats on his wife while insulting her)

Stained Love

A few days later… “Hush little baby, go to sleep… Hush, Hush, Hush, the sky is deep!” This voice again? Why can’t I see anything? “Hush little baby go to sleep, We'll climb that hill, no matter how steep…” Hill? Where am I? Ahhhh That light... It’s blinding me… “Hush little baby go to sleep, You have fought a lot but now you are weak…”

Great book, author! I hate Ekta! I also hate the cliffhanger, but I hate that I can’t find the sequel the most. I searched by the author’s name and by Mayra and I can’t find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Travel, Love, and Let go

Travel, Love, and Let go

She embraces his soft tricolored paw for a moment, before returning her lightly tanned hand to the wheel. The grass along the shoulders beholds hues of golden green in the late September heat. The hills rolling in every direction — soft and slow and ancient-looking, the kind of landscape you stare at for hours. The hills enormous stature kiss the sky providing relief from busy city congestion. That is the thing about Texas: the hills are never a backdrop. It is the whole conversation, like the light blue sky and western themed architecture. She cracks her window a little wider.

Caring For The Mafia Son

Caring For The Mafia Son

Footsteps running. And lights. Lights appeared above me, at the top of the hill. Bright lights, moving around, searching. "They're here," I breathed. "Auntie Isabella, they're here. I see lights." "I know, baby. I know. Just keep talking to me. They're going to get you. They're going to bring you up and I'll be right here waiting. I promise." The lights got brighter. Voices got closer. "Down there! I see something-is that a kid?"

Is my best friend Brother Prohibited?

The forest was alive with small surprises, a butterfly with bright orange wings, a hook of sunlight through leaves that made dust motes dance, and the distant gurgle of a stream hidden in undergrowth. The guide paused near a rock formation and told how the hill once hosted traders and old path‑markers. The students listened respectfully, then burst into chatter again. The next leg of the walk was a little steeper. Sophia groaned quietly when she saw the incline. “Since when did hills start measuring in hills?” she muttered. Taylor laughed. "Since Mother Nature showed up unannounced." Ava felt sweat on her forehead and the strain of climbing, but she also felt alive, each breath deeper, each

When the Lights Go

When the Lights Go

With the pain, tears started to spill over. "Maybe you should come home tomorrow. We—" I could not finish my sentence. Betty's voice cut in again. "Darren... Go faster, don't stop!" Darren caught his breath, a long pause followed before he spoke to me. "Claire, when I get back, we'll throw you the most amazing crowning ceremony. We'll cover the place with roses, your favorites." His voice was a whisper, breathy and distant. For a second, I could not tell who he was really talking to.

The novel 'The Valley of Light' was written by Terry Kay, an American author known for his deeply emotional and evocative storytelling. Kay's works often explore themes of rural life, human connection, and the quiet miracles that unfold in ordinary settings. 'The Valley of Light' is no exception—it’s a poignant tale set in post-World War II North Carolina, following a wandering veteran who discovers unexpected solace in a small community. Kay’s prose has this gentle, lyrical quality that makes you feel like you’re right there in the valley, soaking in every detail of the landscape and the characters’ lives.

What I love about Terry Kay’s writing is how he balances simplicity with profound depth. His characters feel so real, their struggles and joys resonating long after you’ve turned the last page. 'The Valley of Light' is one of those books that lingers in your heart, partly because of Kay’s ability to weave nostalgia and hope into the narrative. If you’re into stories that celebrate the quiet beauty of human kindness, this one’s a gem. It’s no surprise that Kay’s work has earned such a devoted following—his storytelling just has this way of touching something deep inside you.
