The Peculiar Morass

The Peculiar Morass

Julia was walking in the garden of tulips in a meadow which she had never been. It is dark and scary, but she is brave enough to walk alone. She is brave enough to face everything. In crisp unknown darkness, in a complete abyss of nothingness. Julia sat idly under an enormous oak tree. Then suddenly, a light appeared and lit the entire area. She is watching as a whirlwind has whisked across the rolling hills of the meadow. As it passed by her, the whirlwind scooped up a dormant pile of leaves lying next to the oak tree. The leaves appeared to come alive twisting, turning, and dancing about the meadow. They were sporting their new fall colors of red, orange, brown, and yellow. The brittle aut

The Exiled Dragon

The Exiled Dragon

Adam wouldn’t let me live that one down. We walked closer. Even with the translucent leaves above us, you could see the patter of rain. How they kept the grass green with no direct sunlight and having the heat of the fire escape around them was beyond my understanding. It was as if they were bees inside of a hive the way they were protected from the outside elements with the help of their trees.

I love Veronica’s all books but Creed is so, so special! I also love that there is no unnecessary cheating, tragedy, horror but is exciting, detailed, vibrant and show a lot of kindness and love between the characters. The villains always got what they deserve and the love always win!

Light And Night

Light And Night

It seemed he knew something when Noah said the word “Starlight” On the other hand, Lux was trying to calm down and took a deep breath. The blonde-haired girl had a faint smile on her face, “Huft … looks like I have to use that. Like it or not, I have to do it in an emergency like this. In fact, I really don't want to use it because the side effects are quite troublesome.” Lux who showed a calm expression and she suddenly smiled faintly, it made the man who attacked her feel that something was strange.

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The golden double-edged long saber in its hand suddenly burst out an unprecedented dazzling light. The wallpaper rose to the sky and then spread out, like the sun rising from the east and a peacock opening its screen. The multicolored light spread for thousands of miles, and the whole world was going to disappear in the golden light. "Flying Leaf Storm Slash!" Swoosh! The fire suddenly seemed to have encountered a violent storm. It kept falling back and breaking into pieces. For a moment, the torrent of flames seemed to be torn into scattered sparks, scattering and flying in the air.

Even if i still read it, this book stopped being interesting after Grand pure emperor was killed...(that is ch. 2200 maybe) It is like realms are only introduced after he reaches a peak of the previous. There is nothing special about these realms and there is nothing special about the book anymore.

The Alpha's Obsession

The Alpha's Obsession

Sunlight filtered through the dense foliage, casting ethereal patterns on the forest floor. Alpha Leori, his eyes filled with a mix of wonder and determination, spoke up. "This forest holds the key to our next revelation. Let us tread carefully and listen to the voices that echo through its ancient groves." Robin, his senses heightened by the surroundings, pointed to a trail of shimmering light that led deeper into the woods. "Look, Alpha! Do you see that? It's as if the very essence of knowledge guides our way," he exclaimed, his voice filled with awe.

Surrogate Luna For The Devilish Lycan King

Surrogate Luna For The Devilish Lycan King

"I can imagine someone being thrown over or jumping into it. I don't want to think of the blood and gore." Leon laughed. "Let's continue. I said I wanted to show something, didn't I?" She nodded and they continued walking till they were out of the bridge. They stood in front of a path. It was flanked with bushes and trees. It looked like no one had threaded the path for a long time. They started to walk down the path and as they sent deeper, Liliith realized that the leaves were starting to change. At first, she didn't notice. But as they drew in, she noticed that the leaves were starting to change into different shades or orange, yellow, brown and red.

Moonshadow: The Full Saga

Moonshadow: The Full Saga

Luna let out a shaky breath. "I sound ungrateful," she admitted softly. "I don't mean to. It's just..." She looked down at the leaf, at the delicate veins branching like rivers. "I asked for a door, and you gave me... a crack. A thin line of light under it." She rolled the leaf gently between thumb and forefinger, careful not to tear it. "Maybe that's all you *can* give right now," she conceded. "Maybe that's all I'm able to understand."

The Haven Of Shadows

The Haven Of Shadows

A small creek glitters at the far end, winding around a curved greenhouse that seems to shimmer slightly with its own light. And in the center, a large tree. It is twisted, wide and radiant. Its leaves are the color of starlight, pale gold and silver, with little blue veins glowing faintly between them. I can feel it breathing. Not like a metaphor. Not like poetry. I feel it. Every time the wind touches the leaves, my pulse skips.

Fractured

Fractured

The distinction mattered. The glade took notice. The ambient glow, which had hovered like held breath, descended and spun, weaving itself through their hair, along their wrists, across their joined fingers. The moss shifted from velvet to something like muscle—firm, supportive, carrying their weight back to them rather than absorbing it. The oaks’ leaves turned their faces, not to the moon alone but to the point where the three of them met, as if light were a noun that could be plural and was.

Sold-Out Sister: My Brother Died for Me

Sunlight washed over them, soaking the white petals until they shimmered like translucent gold leaf. Beads of water rolled across the round lily pads, refracting fragmented starlight, and within the green shadows, it looked as though countless lamps were floating. It was breathtakingly beautiful.
