He put the earpiece into his ears and with his eyes closed he was nodding to the song sexy back by Justin Timberlake. Lily, who was in the cell, started feeling faint and sweat broke on her forehead. She got up and walked to the cell and tapped on it calling the officer, but he couldn't hear as his eyes were closed and the music was very loud. Lily uses the last energy in her to scream, "Help" and falls to the ground.

Her stomach dropped violently. “You’re broadcasting this,” Lily said, her voice trembling with fury as Lena’s voice echoed next, smooth and mocking.

Like that night, the moon outside her window was bright. Her chest clenched as she continued to cry. When will she be released from that nightmare's memory? Knocks on the door interrupted her. "Ms. Lily? Open the door," she heard Orion's request. No, no, no… she silently muttered to herself, shaking her head constantly. Her body continued to tremble.

Lily's eyes were filled with tears, but her voice held a hint of courage. My wolf growled loudly and banged its head against the wall, as if trying to ward off the anger that consumed it and prevented me from killing her. I took a deep breath, attempting to control the beast inside me, as I watched Lily in front of me, with her face red and her eyes swollen from crying.

Lily came to me crying, and it was the quiet kind. That was how I knew it was real. Lily's loud cries were for scraped knees and lost toys and bedtimes she wasn't ready for, big theatrical storms that passed in minutes. This was different. This was small and hitching and trying to hide itself, her breath catching in these tight little gulps, and she climbed into my lap and pressed her wet face into my shoulder and didn't say anything at all. "Hey," I said softly. "Hey, my love. What happened?"
