Limited Extra Time Novels & Stories

“It will go up every time a player is knocked out.” Adrea nodded and then asked, “How long do you think tonight’s game will last?” “The game could run all night,” Aris told her, “as long as it takes to be left with only six players for the finals.” “Do you think that they will put me and Moreau on the same table again?” Adrea asked. “It will be random,” he told her. “Either way, you two will be good enough to stay in.” “You think so?” Adrea asked him.

Qin Haodong said to Duan Bailian, "How much time is left?" Duan Bailian looked at his watch. "Only 15 seconds left!" Qin Haodong smiled and said, "15 seconds would be enough. Let's continue!" "What did that mean? Does he still want to win this match?" "Even if they had an extra player, wouldn't it still be impossible? After all, there's not enough time." "Although his opponents are missing a player, they are still the school team. No matter how skilled Qin Haodong is, it will still be impossible..."

Something that got inside the ribs and stayed there. We went to overtime tied 1-1. Overtime lasted eleven minutes and eleven seconds. I scored on a play that was not designed and not practiced and was entirely instinctive — a loose puck at the top of the crease, Jax screening the goalie, and me reading the gap and putting the puck through it before I had fully decided to.

I moved through them steadily. Then I reached page four. I slowed down. Clause nine. Jaden Parker reserves the right to extend the duration of this agreement beyond the agreed two year period by a maximum of six additional months if professional or business circumstances require such an extension. This decision rests solely with Mr Parker. Miss Bennett has no contractual grounds to refuse or contest such an extension. I read it twice. Then clause ten.

Overtime. "Twenty more minutes of this?" Camila sighed, though her eyes were glued to the ice. "They’re exhausted, Isaac. You can smell the fatigue from here." "They won’t stop," Isaac said. "Not with what’s at stake." The first ten minutes of overtime were a grueling stalemate in the neutral zone. The wolves were playing a game of inches, neither side willing to risk a mistake. Then, the Bobcats' Brandon Scott caught a penalty for a delay of game—a desperate clear that sailed into the stands.

"Even so, you're still going down Kylie." "Well now Pete, I think I'm going to agree with you for once." I smirked and shimmied down his body before stealthily spinning around him and running for the opposition's goal. I ignored the ball because I had faith in my team to get it there in time and I was right. Time was running out and there was one more goal to get. When the whistle rang through the pitch once more to signify the start of the two minutes extra time, I threw my top off knowing that those who weren't expecting it would most likely look. Of course, I was wearing a tank top version of our team shirt underneath and my team knew that. The reaction time of the opposition was reduced

] “Kevin, how far do we have to take this?” “The acceptable time limit is no less than 7 minutes, and you have to finish.” Kevin whispered to Benji. “Also, I have to record it, so try to keep the talking to a minimum, if you know what I mean.” “Got it,” both Benji and I replied. [Everyone, 7 minutes and you have to finish.] [Good to know.] [Got it.] [Ok, I was wondering…whew, glad I didn’t go first.] [Yea, me too Andrew. We’d be here all night.]

the principal raised a finger as to press on the matter. “But I must warn you, whatever happens out there is unexpected and not at all staged by the council. You may move individually or move in groups without any limits. Keep in mind that the time limit is 7 days, if you cannot complete your quest within that time, then you are labelled ineligible for the exam. I believe that is all for now. Good hunting, young Hunters!” The principal ended his speech with an energetic shout that was followed by the students. “UWOOOOHH!!”

Each time tick by and each of them manage to score a point. 64-68 We are now four points behind them. I’m sure our team could win this. Andy and Michael scored a point. We now need two more so we could win this. I glanced at the time and there’s one in a half minute left. Gosh why did the time have to be so close? As if the role has been reversed, Tyler now hold the ball and Liam is now empty.

Some I can see are still very much on board the others well still had reservations. “Each girl will start with a half hour slot to impress our alpha,” “Half an hour I’d have thought you would want more time, Jaden! Or can’t you keep it up for that long?” Xantiago interrupts, clapping Marius’ hand in a high five as I ignored them. “As I was saying,” Hunter continued, undisturbed. “Those who have performed well are then awarded an additional 10 minutes, leaving them to have longer with our alpha. We will give first place an hour and a half, and the runner-up will receive an hour.” Hunter clicked a few buttons and once again, a screen appeared, with each girl’s face spinning as the dial counted
