KIARA’S POV The look on Kevin’s face was priceless when I slapped him. I didn’t want to do this but this was the best way to draw everyone’s attention. Now, they would be forced to listen to me. ‘Don’t speak a single word. Let me handle this.’ I had just mouthed these words when Cami pulled my hair and dragged me away from Kevin. She roared in an infuriated voice, “What do you think of yourself, Kiara? How dare you try to ruin my special day? I am the Luna of this pack. If you don’t leave immediately I will have you killed!”

- Simon greeted. “Good Morning Simon, please have a seat.”- I replied. “This is my wife Amara and son Diego.”- Simon said pointing to his wife and son. “Nice to meet you both. This is my wife Ingrid, and Luna will be here in a minute.”- I said and looked at Marcus as a sign to call Luna. He nodded and bowed. “So, why all of a sudden of this announcement Santiago?”- Simon asked. “Well, we think that Luna should be mated before she reaches 20.”- I replied and smiled.

I smiled and nodded as I agreed to her condition. “My name is Keturah. It is nice to meet you” She smiled. “I am Kiara. Nice to meet you as well” I smiled back at her even though I still doubted her. “If I may ask, are you… are you the Lycan’s king mate? Also, who is the other young man who was out there with you both?” I questioned as my curiosity took the better part of me.

That was when I learned everything, I couldn't believe that my dad was working with the witches and Kiara was a witch. In fact, she is the princess of witches. Everything was like a movie to me, I couldn't wrap my hand around it. It was just hard to believe that my father's greediness had reached the extent of working with the witches.

Devon whispered in her ear while his gaze was pinned on Leonidas, who on hearing what he said took a sip of his drink and smiled. “You shouldn't be saying things like that here.” Kiara whispered back, trying to make her voice even lower so they won't pick up on it because even though they looked like they were engrossed in their conversations, they were definitely listening in on them. “Kiara, not a single soul here is worth cowering for. You are my mate, my Luna, act like it.” His eyes were hard, his voice stern, and once her wandering eyes confirmed he was serious, she swallowed and sat up straighter. She met eyes with Leonidas and instead of looking away, she smiled at him.

His head snaps towards my direction his empty grey eyes stare at me I jump scared tripping on the bedside table that makes a loud bang falling on my butt I could hear heavy footsteps rushing this way I hurry picked up the table and rush the way I came as I slide the window shut I hear the door open "Repbisni ti emirale" i hurry to say not caring if I was heard or not, I run as fast as my legs could take me,my whole body buzzing,I jump through the portal falling on my knees my legs turned jelly as I emptied my stomach of it's contents on the sand suddenly breathing felt hard every breath feeling like poison,my eyes widened in realization KIMORA had returned…

Iris nodded, appreciating the simple comfort of my touch. As I continued to watch over her, worry welled up within me. The outside threat loomed, but in that moment, my focus was solely on Iris—my mate. The distant howls of the Kimber wolves reverberated through the air, signaling an impending attack.
