I asked feeling disgusted over the way she giggled staring at me. “Just admit it, you are the worst Stepsister ever!!” she yelled at me. “I can't hear you over this loud music Sorella!!” I responded, knowing fully well that I heard every word she said. “You are boring!” she yelled back making silly faces. Hearing what she had just said, I felt dared. “You think I'm boring?!!” “Fine!!” I said. “Ten shots please!!” I yelled to the bar man as I stood up to my feet.

Because I spent half the night replaying every second of it. Because a five-year-old basically told me Beckett looks at me like his dad looks at his mom. None of which I can actually say. So instead I shrug. “I’m fine.” Sean looks unconvinced. Before he can push it further, laughter erupts from farther down the hall. Against my better judgment, I look. Huge mistake.
