Seriously? The time nears midnight, and I sit in my room waiting. At 12.01 am a voice speaks in my mind, as a scent enters my nostrils. ‘Hello little one. My name is Emerald, but you can call me Emmy.’ A beautiful rough voice says. I smile! ‘Hello Emmy. It’s so nice to meet you! Do you know what that smell is?’ I ask her, my mind racing a mile a minute. ‘It’s our mate, but something is wrong. I’m not attracted to it.’ She replies with doubt laced in her voice. I rack my brain, and then it hits me. Who this scent belongs to. I almost gag at the thought!

Tye said through the link. I headed straight for Alleys house and my mind started running around. Here soon we will have to do the same thing for Beth and I hope she has ideas on what she wants. I got closer and saw the kids playing in the front yard mainly using Ember as their home made jungle gym. "You okay Ember?" I asked, smiling as I watched her. She seemed completely unbothered.
