Hiding the Twins from Their Billionaire Father

Hiding the Twins from Their Billionaire Father

What's worse, it also missed the surveillance cameras and security team. *** When the night came, Emily's laughter was so light, just like her footsteps around the gazebo. The sparklers in both her hands kept splashing the sparks. The bigger the flame appeared, the redder her cheeks became. "Mommy, look! I'm like a fairy flying away with magic powder!" Kara smiled seeing her cheerfulness. "Yes, Little Bee. You're like Tinkerbell." Emily's laughter became shrill again. While speeding up, she raised and lowered her hands.

This book is amazing!! I cannot put it down. I disagree with some of the other reviews. I am glad that the story is long because I never want it to end!! Although, I’m only on 159, I love that I can binge read and am more invested with each chapter

Aloof and arrogant CEO meets firecracker Kara. Just started to read and liking their bickering and comedy situations. Has a bit of asian vibes with the unrealistic job demands and super intelligent twins but it's good and looking forward to reading more.

Until I Found You

Until I Found You

“It seems we came here at the wrong time.” Ember could clearly see that. With a resigned sigh she replied,“Maybe I'll try my luck on my next visit. I'll bring her another stuffed toy because the one she got was so old it seemed it would easily tear apart by a gentle tug.” “She would appreciate that.” Sister Ruth replied with tears in her eyes. Ember turned to Sister Anne and even though the old woman couldn't hear she spoke. “Sister Anne, I have to go… But don't worry, on my next visit I will buy you a new bunny bear.”

"Okay...do whatever makes you happy dear," she gives it back to her and leans towards her to give a peck on her forehead.

His Winter Heart

His Winter Heart

"Em!" I glanced at the source. It was...Leroy? "Oh, Leroy. What's up?" I heard her say, fidgeting with her bag, still finding something in a rush. "You forgot your notebook." Leroy then handed Ember a small blue notebook. Her face lit up and heaved a relieved smile. "Thanks, I thought I lost it." She thanked him and started to walk away. "And Em?" Leroy called out again, which made Ember turn around. "Yes?"

Ember To My Flame

Ember To My Flame

Saavi had put her full body weight on Dhruv who held her like he was protecting her. "Dhruv," Saavi called him running her index finger on his bicep. "Yes, love." "Why do you call me Ember To My Flame?" she asked remembering when she was about to commit suicide Dhruv stopped her and confessed Saavi was The Ember to his Flame. "Interesting Question, love." Dhruv smiled before asking, "Do you know what Ember is?" Saavi raised her head from his chest and nodded vigorously. She answered her husband as she said, "Yes, a piece of wood or coal that is not burning, but is still red and hot after a fire has died."

TRADING MY CHEATING HUSBAND FOR THE LYCAN KING

TRADING MY CHEATING HUSBAND FOR THE LYCAN KING

Smaller cabins scattered around it, each one with glass ceilings for watching the aurora. An artificially heated spring sat at the center of it all, steam curling lazily into the arctic air — imported warmth in a place that had none. Everything pristine and perfect and obscenely intentional. Ember turns to me, eyes bright, and she’s smiling — actually smiling — and I’d burn the whole world down to keep that expression on her face. “You look like a child on Christmas,” I tell her. Ember doesn’t look at me. Still taking it all in, eyes moving slowly across the landscape like she has never seen anything quite like it before.

I’m only 52 chapters in and I’m absolutely hooked!!! There are characters I love and am pulling for and characters who make me so angry that I just want to kill them! Kudos, Remi!!! You are a true author, not just a writer!

Rejected by the Alpha, Claimed by the Crown

Rejected by the Alpha, Claimed by the Crown

Eira’s POV "Hey! Good afternoon, Eira!" Ember’s voice always carried that lively energy, regardless of what time of day it was. I closed my book and looked up. “Good afternoon, Ember. What brings you here? Need help with something?" She scratched the back of her neck, offering me a nervous smile. “Actually… yeah, sort of.” Before I could ask more, she reached for my arm. There’s this small pastry café near the square—I’ve been dying to try their honey tarts. Are you hungry? Because I definitely am.”

Emerald

I need to make a plan. What do I do now Emerald? I reach out to her. She whimpers. She’s been pretty sulky ever since I rejected Wesley. She replies by flashing me the image of those kind brown eyes again. Those aren’t Wesley’s eyes? I guess I’ll find out in about a week when Emerald can help me see. Ash’s POV

An Affair with the Billionaire

An Affair with the Billionaire

Although Alaric’s features couldn’t be seen in her, it was clear that her mother’s facial features had the type of elegance. So, was the woman Alaric had liked in the past the kind of girl who was well-behaved and clever? Jamilah’s eyes, when she looked at Emerald, were still cold. It was hard to imagine that such eyes belonged to a little girl. "Jamilah, I’m Emerald, the bright green Ember," Emerald said with a gentle smile. She tried to connect with the child, speaking without any condescending tone. The girl’s gaze was very indifferent, showing no response.

A Little Like Fate

A Little Like Fate

She waved and stepped down the porch. "I'm Delia. What's your name?" "My name is Shirin." She smiled widely and ran out of the yard. Shirin... Such a beautiful name. I closed the door as I stared at the cookies. Guess I'm having another treat. ****** Thursday came by really quickly, probably because I was spending more time with the girls after work. I got to introduce Shirin and Lyla and they both turned out to be really great acquaintances. Yeah, they do get on each other's nerves sometimes but they're good.
