Long Scary Story Novels & Stories

Each volume of Strange short stories will have 3 medium-sized stories and about 10 short stories. To make it easier to understand and more transparent, this chapter will be like a summary for this and the following volumes. She didn't want to hear anymore of the frightening story. "Don't tell me you're all scared. It's a myth, I made it up!" John smirked, his eyes gazing at the scared faces of his girlfriend and friends. "Ha ha ha, scared? I've never been scared of anything in my life!" Rocky roared in laughter as he rose from the ground. "Scary stories don't scare me. I'm gonna pee!" He uttered still grinning. "Don't wander far into the woods, you never know who you'll meet." John warned in a playful but spooky voice.

Ben jerked the truck into the driveway of their friend’s house, killed the engine, and turned to the others. “We can’t tell anyone,” he said hoarsely. Mark shook his head violently. “Are you crazy? We have to tell the cops — tell someone! That guy… those people… they’re still out there!” Ben leaned his forehead against the steering wheel, trying to breathe. “And say what, Mark? That we snuck onto state property because of a dare? That we saw ghosts? That some psycho tried to eat us?” Dylan finally spoke, his voice small: “What if they don’t believe us?”

“Fine, we’ll let Hellfire tell us a ghost story.” “I don’t know any ghost stories,” I say. “What about you, Siren?” Venom asks her. “Nope.” “Well, then, it’s time the two of you become good at making up stories,” Intrigue says. For the next couple of hours, while Hacker and Sphinx work in the van, the rest of us make up ghost stories. I have to admit, Raptor is really good at making up scary stories and Intrigue is as well. Megan’s aren’t terrible, but Venom’s are, as they said, pretty stupid. I’m not sure mine are any better, but I made up one about the ghost that lives in the river, and it made everyone glance at the river we’re sleeping beside more than once.
