Hendrix POV After that weirdo's silly bedtime story about end-of-the-world cults or something, I could tell Anna's resolve was breaking down. Those weird creatures and their horrifying objects were like living nightmares come true. They had twisted bodies and soulless eyes that looked right into your mind with cold malice. Their rude and inappropriate presence made me lose even my normal confidence. But giving in to fear was the first thing that led to loss. Surprisingly, the man followed me without hesitation and we continued to walk until we reached a lonely spot. I thoroughly looked around before letting go of his hand. "Sorry for taking you away like that. I-" I said, looking up at the man, but my sentence was cut off by a shocked gasp. I stared at the man who stood in my front, the man whose hand I'd just held and I was utterly terrified. His eyes shone a bright red, his veins were glaringly visible all over his neck, his jaw and a little on his cheek. He grabbed a fistful of his hair and tilted his head back as his long and sharp teeth were exposed from his mouth.

There is just something about the dark that is so scary. I might be a werewolf but those ghost stories do scare the hell out of me. I kept imagining seeing things as we walked through the forest. A tree that looked like a giant person, a short person with a big head and no eyes. ‘Ahhhhh, what in the world is wrong with you? You are supposed to be the strongest, bravest she-wolf but here you are being afraid of ghosts,' my wolf said and I chuckled. I did that to wake her up, she had been too quiet for my liking.
