Sylvie was slightly furious. "What, are you belittling me just because I'm a woman?!" Ifor smirked but ignored her as he walked straight toward Frank. In just two steps, they all heard a noisy rustle of bushes and turned to find a dozen glowing eyes glaring at them. "I-Is that a ghost?" Scar asked, afraid. "Ghost, my ass." Ifor snorted in annoyance. "There's no such thing—it must be some animal. The old man was right—there's something strange on this hill!"

She only ever cried when she was unable to sleep and was forced to think back on the interactions her dad had with her while he was still alive. Immediately, Scarlett stood from where she was sitting and faced Avery and Cornelia. "There is something I didn't tell you guys. Something strange happened to me last night, and you might not believe me when I tell you, so I will show you instead." "I'm lost. My apologies. Are you getting it?" Cornelia turned to ask Avery. "Shh. Cornel, let's pay attention to what she has to say." Scarlett held up her shirt to show her friends the scar left by the bite she got from the beast. "Do you think the paranormal is real?"

We started setting up tents and sleeping bags. A little after dark, we began roasting smores, laughing and telling stories. "Okay, I got a good one, the story of the swamp boogey monster." Trent said. "Heard it, it's not scary" Kayla dismissed. "I assure you its a certified scare alright" Trent bragged.

He is smart tho but immature to think I will fall for his tricks and lies. " Strange beings? Like the ones in the movie?" I asked pretending to be scared " Yes, like the ones in horror movies with long nails that dig into the skin deeply and scary face" he said and I imagine the strange beings digging their long nails on someone skill and the scene is so scary. It's just an illusion, I don't have to believe everything he says. He is just trying to create fear and panic on my mind. " They really look so scary" I said pretending to be very scared.

Lenox pov Okay, so I didn’t get to see chihuahua faes attack the moron, but that doesn’t mean I won’t find some other way to have some fun around this guy. So far, the best I could think of is telling scary stories, and what’s even better is that this dude inhales each word like it’s true. “No! Fairies, werewolves, vampires, and zombies were all mentioned in stories I had heard, but everyone knew they were made up. Everything was untrue. They were all purely made-up tales of fiction. I was abruptly being held by my throat against the wall by Vince, who had a vicious appearance and was bearing teeth at me with wide eyes and a dangerous demeanor before I could absorb or allow the news to settle in further. Scarlett cried, before sniffing her nose. "How scary is it?". Amelia asked because she was tired of playing games with Scarlett. "It's very scary Mama!". Scarlett said in between tears. Amelia nods her head so that Scarlett can continue her statement. "Inside the school premises….. I do see monsters walking with their head on the floor, while their leg is in the air……. I do see some monsters changing into beasts, and they always come after me, while using a knife". The young Scarlett declared.

I said, feigning innocence. I glanced around after speaking. It was true. There wasn't a single living person in sight, but ghosts were everywhere. "This place is cursed!" Charlotte snapped. "I can't even stop. The moment I even think about it, it feels like needles are piercing my hands." Even as she spoke, her hands kept moving. Fear flickered across her face at the scene before her. The terror in her eyes was truly a rare sight to behold. "Is this your doing? Did you come up with all these tricks to scare me?
