THE REFLECTION GAME
The old book lay at the center, its pages glowing faintly in the dim light.
“Now what?” Ryan asked, his tone light but his expression tense.
“Close your eyes and focus,” Anna read aloud. “Picture your reflection. See yourself, all of yourself. Your strengths, your fears, your secrets.”
The room seemed to grow colder as they closed their eyes, their breathing synchronized. The faint glow from the book intensified, casting eerie shadows across the walls.
Anna’s voice trembled as she continued reading. “Speak the words: Reveal the truth, show me my reflection, and guide me to victory.”
